It was completely renovated in 2918, fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine., lounge area with sofa bed, flat screen TV, bathroom with shower, independent bedroom with new bedding in 2019 and window. very quiet building, no vehicle traffic, beach 2 mins away by pedestrian access. Supermarket 5 minutes away, bus at 1 euro at the entrance to the Cerbère residence in Perpignan.
