Ideally located,in down town near the traffic circle called "rond point mers sultan".the apartement is nice,new and confortable;built in 2009!!secured day and night!!there is one bedroom with an air conditioner;a modern living room with tv "home cinema";a big kitchen well equiped;a bathroom and a big balcony with a table and chairs in order to drink your delicious coffe under the nice moroccan sun!!!

Spacious and welcoming

This apartment suited our needs perfectly. Soha was a fantastic host giving us a walking tour of the area, lots of local tips and responded quickly when we asked for advice re a minor medical issue. The rooms were spacious and we always love an outdoor area so the patio was a great plus. Some of the kitchen equipment is a little tired and the floors felt a bit dusty underfoot but overall we thought the place was great.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la localisation centrale de l'appartement dans Casablanca ainsi que le calme du quartier. Le seul bémol est le mauvais état de certains équipements comme la vaisselle, les casseroles ou bien le four. À part ça, tout est bien de l'acceuil de K. au départ. Le petit plus: un chauffeur peut même faire le transfert de l'aeroport à l'appartement ;)

"Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement du 26/07/2010 au 04/08/2010. Tout est conforme à la description qui en a été faite. L''appartement est très agréable, propre et calme. On s''y sent comme à la maison. Il est proche de tout commerce, le marché Ben J''dia est à 100m à peine,etc... Les propriétaires sont très sympas et réglos! Nous ne manquerons d''y revenir pour un prochain séjour!!! "
