Old oil mill (large mill) and old flour mill (small mill) restored in an exceptional setting. Easy access. Field and wood on 1 hectare.Vue mountain and villages (San Antonino, Feliceto and Avapessa).
Large terrace equipped with a teak table and chairs.
with terrace, private bathroom, separate toilet in old flour mill renovated.(PICTURES 1 and 2). The room and its terrace is located on the left wing of the small building, high part.

Located 4 kilometers from a village with grocery store, bakery and excellent butcher shop in Santa Reparata di Balagna, 15 minutes from Ile Rousse (2 beaches and daily market) and 25 minutes from Calvi via a beautiful mountain road that opens to Lumio.(No traffic) .From many beaches near Ile Rousse with the first track of the Desert Agriates, Ostriconi.
Horseback riding 9 kilometers in Monticello, diving school and sailing school (catamarans, jet skis and buoys) in Ile Rousse, paragliding on Ozzari.
Many walks and hikes arrow to neighboring villages.

Haven of peace in a place where nature has not been changed without being far from the beaches.
