Charming hill villa with a wonderful view and park

It is located in the heart of Tuscany - Monte San Savino - between Val di Chiana Aretina and Crete di Siena; in the peacefulness of the woods and the olive groves, with a splendid view on the Val D'arbia and Siena. Monte San Savino is a city of art with works from Vasari, Sansovino, and Sangallo. It is approximately 30 minutes by car from Siena, Arezzo and Cortona. Other beautiful and nearby cities are: Lucignano with the golden tree or the Gargonza castle at 5 min. Beautiful trips in the nature are available.
The house has all the needed commodities: equipped kitchen, laundry room and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms are organized in 3 little suites: one double room with bathroom, two bedrooms with double and single bed with bathroom. There is also a comfortable living room with a beautiful antique chimney. On the ground floor there is a wide dining hall with a chimney ideal for groups, equipped with a ping pong table. During summer it is wonderful to dine outside or beneath the loggia or take the sun and refresh with the comfortable outdoor shower. Relaxation is guaranteed in the small pine forest or between the olive trees. For the children there is a swing seat, but overall the opportunity to play safely in the field, between the olive trees or the small forest. The owner, Lino, with his sons and nephews, receives the guests and are at your disposal for any need: many times there is a friendship that is born during the stay.

"Our stay was wonderful a...

"Our stay was wonderful at Mr. Lino's home. The house is very confortable, the location is amazing, near all nice cities of Toscana, but at the same time is in the middle of a nice forest. We strongly reccomend this location for a nice vacation period in Toscana"

Villa with amazing views and big garden

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is spacious and well equipped with big olive garden surrounding it. The views from the top of the hill are splendid. And the hosts are very welcoming.

Un séjour féérique

De magnifiques vacances dans un cadre reposant, splendide. Le silence et la beauté de la campagne Toscane. L’accueil de Lino a été exceptionnel, d’une gentillesse et une disponibilité incroyable. Il a pris le temps de nous parler de l’histoire de la maison de Monte San Savino. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé le baby-foot et le jardin. La taille des chambres et la configuration des lieux permettaient à chacun de profiter en toute tranquillité de la maison.

Superbe maison dans un cadre magnifique

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette belle maison. L accueil était très sympathique, il ne manquait rien et tout a été mis en place pour que nous puissions profiter de la maison et de son jardin. Je conseille cette maison pour toute personne qui recherche calme et nature, tout en étant proche de Sienne et Arezzo. Ein Traum

Séjour sans reproche au coeur de la Toscane

Il est toujours difficile de savoir ce que l'on va trouver comme lieu de villégiature à la seule lecture de d'une annonce. La première surprise est ici l'arrivée par un chemin de terre et pierre qui s'insinue dans la forêt après la traversée d'un beau hameau dominant les collines. Une belle maison, aussi fière que sur les photos, nous accueille avec la petite fille du propriétaire. Très vite la maison sera adoptée par tous du plus vieux, moi 70 ans à la plus jeune, Luz 5mois et demi. Tout se passera bien, la maison est fraîche même sans climatisation, les fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires, les salles de bains nombreuses sont efficaces sans être somptueuses, la cuisine est bien équipée (un mixer et un plat à tarte serait bienvenus !). Le jardin est terrain d'aventure pour les petits, mais sans danger. Un séjour parfait pour toute ma petite tribu qui rêve maintenant de recommencer. Merci à Lino d'offrir ce bonheur.

Liebevoll restauriertes, großzügiges Haus mitten im Grünen

Das Grundstück liegt abgeschieden mitten im Grünen zwischen Wald und Olivenhain; von den bekannten Zielen sind Arezzo, Siena und Cortona mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist schön und vollständig eingerichtet und mit seinen verschiedenen "Flügeln" und drei Badezimmern und den Gemeinschaftsräumen gut geeignet, wenn man mit Freunden bzw. einer zweiten Familie verreisen will - jede(r) findet seinen Platz. Und schließlich sind Herr Zanni und seine Familie sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber! Alles Gute Ihnen und Ihrer Familie! Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Radurlaub in der Toskana

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Anwesen ist traumhaft, die Zimmer großzügig und sehr sauber. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird; eine Spülmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Giorgio ist sehr zuvorkommend und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und stets behilflich. Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen auf einem Hügel, was ich als positiv bewerte. Man hat eine tolle Sicht über die Toskana bis Siena und absolute Ruhe. Das Haus ist nur über einen etwas steileren Schotterweg zu erreichen. Das sollte man beachten, ist aber kein Problem. Giorgio hat uns bei der Ankunft an einer nahegelegenen Kirche getroffen und ist voraus gefahren. Zum nächsten Supermarkt muss man mit dem Auto fahren. Wir waren zum Radfahren in der Toskana und es war eine herrliche, entspannte Woche.

Belle et grande maison de caractère dans la campagne Toscane

Lino et sa famille nous ont chaleureusement accueillis dans leur magnifique maison à Palazuelo Alto. La maison est belle, spacieuse, bien équipée, propre et pratique. En pleine nature et dans la Toscane authentique mais à proximité des villes importantes de Toscane.

bellissima esperienza .....sicuramente da ripetere

posto incantevole .........immerso nella natura .. serate trascorse indimenticabili...nella pace e nel silenzio. Uniche voci quelle della natura.. La casa e' molto bella, accogliente e ben distribuita... munita di tutti i comfort ...ci siamo stati in 10 benissimo. Quanto al sig.Lino che dire....una persona splendida, cortese , gentile, affettuosa e disponibile dall'inizio alla fine.. una persona d'altri tempi!!!!

Bellissima casa immersa nel verde

Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque coppie presso la struttura del Signor Lino per salutare il 2019 e dare il benvenuto al 2020. E stata un esperienza indimenticabile, la natura, i boschi, i meravigliosi panorami hanno reso il tutto più speciale. Il signor Lino ci ha trattato come nipoti, ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra. Una casa calda ed accogliente che ha saputo soddisfare tutti i nostri bisogni. Torneremo sicuramente anche in altri periodi dell’anno. Consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno di relax immersi nella natura di Arezzo. Grazie di tutto Nonno Lino I ragazzi di Roma

Bellissima vacanza di quiete e fresco

La casa é molto bella, molto grande e ben attrezzata. Il giardino é bellissimo, semplice e ben curato. Tranquillità e fresco assicurati anche d'agosto. Siamo stati molto bene e volentieri ci torneremmo ! Grazie a Lino e a tutta la famiglia!

A wonderful house in a beautiful setting

A very large and comfortable country house with all necesary things. A little out of the way but a lot of beautiful Italian towns still well within reach. A large and beautiful garden in a rural setting. The owner Lino and his son Giorgio were very kind and helpful, thank you. Mind you the way getting there is a little narrow. A Range Rover can get through.

Kanskje siste paradis på kloden! Ultimo paradiso sul mondo!

Fantastisk hus i fantastiske omgivelser! Perfekt for å komme seg vekk fra hverdagsstress. Man er midt i naturen, ingen Internett, ingen TV og dårlig med mobilnett, akkurat slik som feriene bør være for å kunne kople av. Huset er stor og romslig med 5 soverom og 3 bad, kjøkken og 2 store oppholdsrom, flotte uteområder på fleire nivå der man alltid klara å finne skyggen eller sol. Både Lino og Giorgio er veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Einaste minus er vegen til huset, der de siste 500m er ein veldig smal og bratt naturleg veg gjennom tett skog. Takk for fantastiske ferie!

Eccoci di ritorno da una splendida vacanza trascorsa a casa di Lino! Siamo due famiglie, una italiana e una francese, dopo tanto tempo siamo riusciti a trascorrere assieme qualche giorno in queste terre meravigliose e la casa di Lino è stata uno sfondo incantevole. Oltretutto, a causa del maltempo, abbiamo dovuto passare molto tempo in casa ma è stato veramente piacevole perchè la casa è grande e accogliente; il camino ha scaldato e ravvivato le nostre serate e una cucina ben attrezzata ci ha permesso di deliziarci ai fornelli. Lino e i suoi familiari sono accoglienti e oltremodo discreti e ci hanno fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per godere di questi luoghi. Grazie Lino!

Grande villa très agréable et les propriétaires attachants !

Agréable villa avec vue sur la Toscane, il y a beaucoup d'espaces pour 8 personnes et un grand chien, la maison est équipé d'une salle de jeux avec une table de ping pong. Pleins de villes à visiter autour. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et donnent de très bons conseils. Très beau séjour.

Une propriété magnifique

La maison est située dans un cadre magnifique, avec un très grand jardin, très agréable. On est en bout de chemin et vraiment isolé, avec une vue merveilleuse sur les collines au loin. Il y a beaucoup de petits chemins pour aller marcher ou faire du vélo, on peut crapahuter dans la colline, bref, c'est un endroit superbe sans réticence aucune. Les propriétaires sont très serviables et extrêmement agréables.

Ancora più bello di quanto pare dalle foto!

La Palazzetta è una casa splendida, dotata di ogni confort, con ampi spazi interni e una distesa di verde e bosco all'esterno in mezzo alla natura. La nostra famiglia di sei persone vi ha trascorso un periodo felice di vacanza e lavoro(del capo famiglia)anche grazie alle attenzioni e alla disponibilità dei proprietari (nonno Lino è l'idolo dei bambini!) la cui presenza discreta ci è stata di grande compagnia e utilità (con indicazione di itinerari turistici, anche vicini, imperdibili!). Il buon gusto toscano negli arredi, nella cura dei particolari e, non da ultimo, nel cibo è senz'altro apprezzabile non solo dagli stranieri ma anche dagli italiani, motivo per cui consigliamo questa vacanza a tutti. La casa, inoltre, si presta ad alloggiare più di una familgia poiché le camere sono divise in tre zone distinte (rispettivamente da 4, da 4 e da due) ciascuna dotata di bagno. Noi abbiamo ospitato amici con bambini e i nostri nonni che hanno tutti trovato il posto davvero incantevole. A un tiro di schioppo si trovano Siena (così vicina che le luci della città si vedono dalla camera dal letto!), Arezzo, Cortona, Orvieto e tanti altri posti da visitare. In sostanza torneremo presto!

Très belle demeure toscane aménagée avec goût par des propriétaires très accueillants.Lieu idéal pour des familles notamment. "Environnement de rêve, s...

"Environnement de rêve, superbe maison en pierre, très spacieuse, jardin planté d''oliviers, vue magnifique. On y accède par un piste à travers la forêt, donc très au calme. Aucun passage de voitures à proximité. On n''entend que les cigales et les sangliers et marcassins qui viennent nous rendre visite jusque dans le jardin. Au détour des chemins, on croise aussi quelques chevreuils. Ajoutons l''excellent accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires. La maison est idéalement située pour accéder à Florence, Sienne, et même Pise, ainsi qu''à une multitude de petit village à voir absolument : San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Volterra etc. Et un lac à moins d''une heure de route où l''on peut se baigner. Côté propreté rien à dire. En fait, la location est bien mieux que la description qui en est faite ! Seul bémol : Le lave-vaisselle mériterait d''être changé, mais c''est vraiment un détail."
