Tres bon sejour.

De petits défauts; - Wi fi dans une partie de la maison seulement - Non disposition du séjour de la maison, soit disant annoncé sur le site. S' il n'avait pas fait beau, cela aurait pu être très gênant. Cela aurait été source de conflit avec le propriétaire. - Chambres indépendantes, ce qui pour nous était un avantage - Propriétaire habitant une annexe de la maison: Nous étions un peu" sous surveillance "

Belle maison mais propriétaire envahissant, région austere

Alors même que le contrat stipule que le propriétaire n est pas présent dans la maison, il habite dans la maison. Sans nous avoir averti il a autorisé d autres occupants de maisons voisines à venir la nuit près de la maison pour utiliser le wifi. Piscine petite et mal entretenue.

Une superbe semaine entre amis (15 personnes) à Ripa Bianca.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour d'une semaine à la villa Ripa Bianca. Entre mer et collines, nous avons visité de nombreux villages et musées alentours, avons profité des plages voisines et de la piscine pour nous rafraîchir en cette chaude fin du mois de juillet. La taille de la villa et de son jardin a permis à chacun de trouver son autonomie quand il le souhaitait, et les parties communes sont dimensionnées pour nous permettre de nous retrouver à 15 pour les repas, les jeux, les discussions,... la soirée chansons italiennes ! Quand est-ce qu'on repart en Italie ... ?
