Excellent accommodation and owners

This is a lovely house to stay in with everything you need, the garden area is lovely too and very well maintained. We had our small dog with us and it was great for him too. It is very clean and the owners are extremely nice people! We will certainly go again and thoroughly recommend it.

STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL

You wont find a more stunning property, this is my 3rd year in a row staying at this Villa for our family holiday, why? Because everything is perfect, the villa has everything you could want, with the new globe over the pool the water was a lovely 32c you can swim or dip knowing its not cold no more shivering ! Even if its been a cold day the pool is always going to be warm, we did not need it uncovered the whole 2 weeks so it stayed warm always. The location is so quiet and beautiful, use google maps to find the local parks a mere 10 min walk to local kids park. The owners are so nice and professional anything you need you can ask, they take great care of the villa. I have zero faults to give, i am a very happy returning customer, the villa is home from home, i take care of if like i would my own home, its clean, spacious, airy, well decorated, minimal, has everything from wifi, smart tv, kettle, iron, washing machine (the best) comfy beds, fridge and freezer, oven and electric hob, bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen all perfect. The garden and outdoor area is the place you will spend most of the time and the owners have done a magnificent job on the landscape, the sandpit perfect for my kids age 5 and 3, the pool perfect, the bbq area perfect. Research the are before you come, you will need a car, goldcar are best hire company. L'hospitalet de la infant have great market on sundays. La pineda salou great tourist town, aquapolis watepark is good fun too, nice restaurants recommend The Waterfront. L'amettla town is lovely and quaint too. Bar ancla do great coffee and wifi too. Mercadona supermarket on tv-3025 sell everything you need. This Villa is perfect in tres cales i highly recommend it for families and couples. I will be returning :-) thank you Giordano and Ana and Luca for a fabulous Villa. Gracias.

Wir hatten wirklich eine supertolle und sehr erholsame Woche.Die Location hat zu 100 % der Beschreibung entsprochen - alles war topp sauber - der Pool mit dem der neugestalteten Poolbereich und die gesamte Anlage waren der Hammer.Die Lage der Villa ist klasse, sehr ruhig und nicht mitten im Ort - wir und unsere Vierbeiner haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt.Natürlich nicht zu vergessen - Giordano war immer super nett und hilfsbereit.Wenn es uns möglich ist, kommen wir bestimmt wieder :-)Dietmar & Daniela

VACANCES EXCELLENTS

Nous avons été 4 adultes à séjourner 2 semaines dans cette magnifique location.Tous les équipements nécessaires en cuisine et en extérieur sont présents. Nous avons profité de la piscine et des bains de soleil tous les jours.Le terrain de boules nous a aussi permis de passer de bons moments entre amis. Giordano, le propriétaire est très accueillant et vous fait la visite des lieux à votre arrivée. Espace extérieur très très bien entretenu et intérieur de la maison très propre. Tout était parfait et conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Merci beaucoup Giordano pour nous avoir permis de passer d'excellentes vacances.

La machine à café non pratique pour faire une grande quantité à la fois. Seulement 2 bain de soleil pres de la piscine, alors que nous etions 4 adultes. Seulement 2 grands draps de bain et 3 petites serviettes au total L'ideal 1 grand drap de bain + 1 petite serviette chacun. Sinon maison tres propre et jardin tres bien entretenu.

Das Anwesen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem schönen Wintergarten , einem gemütlichen, klimatisierten Wohn- Esszimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche , einem Bad mit Dusche, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Bidet, und zwei Schlafzimmern. In der großzügigen und gepflegten Aussenanlage mit Palmen befindet sich ein überdachter Pool mit Aussendusche, eine Aussenküche mit Grillkamin, Kühlschrank, Spüle und Sitzgruppe. Ausserdem gibt es einen Stellplatz für ein Auto und einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Bügelequipment. Darüber hinaus ist eine Tischtennisplatte, ein Trampolin, eine Boulebahn und eine Hängematte vorhanden. Der Besitzer Giordano war sehr herzlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Das Anwesen liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet und hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. In der Nähe gibt es einige sehr gute Restaurants. Der örtliche Strand ist ca. 2 km entfernt. Im näheren Umfeld gibt es noch einige andere schöne Strände. Alles in allem haben wir eine wundervolle, erholsame Zeit in einer herrlichen Umgebung genossen. Das Anwesen war rundherum sehr sauber und gepflegt, es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Superbes vacances

Nous avons séjourné chez Giordano 2 semaines en juillet et avons passé un super séjour. La maison possède tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous l'avons trouvé bien mieux qu'en photo. Elle est très bien équipée. En ce qui concerne l'extérieur, les enfants ont eu beaucoup d espace pour s'amuser. Aucun vis à vis, la piscine est suffisamment grande pour une famille (nous étions 5), l'eau est bien chaude. Giordano s est rendu disponible à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin, il a été vraiment très gentil. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Casa fiel a las fotografías y Giordano muy atento. Parcela genial para los dos perros con los que íbamos y la zona de barbacoa espectacular. Casa muy cómoda en una planta y con supermercado cerca. Sin duda una buena elección. Muy recomendable

La casa es impresionante, con todo tipo de detalles para sentirte como en casa. El jardín precioso y súper cuidado. La limpieza de la casa excelente. Tranquilidad y muy cerca de calas preciosas. Georgiano muy amable y facilitador. No se puede pedir mas.

Te sientes como en casa.

Es cierto lo que afirman muchos comentarios sobre que la casa es aun mejor en realidad de lo que se puede ver en las fotos. Y cuando tienes la ocasion de conocer a Giordano, con su amabilidad, su disposicion a hacer todo lo posible para que tu estancia sea perfecta, entonces entiendes el motivo de tantos comentarios favorables. La casa esta decorada con muy buen gusto, el jardin es enorme, a mis dos gatos se les hizo muy corto un puente para acabar de disfrutarlo. La piscina cubierta algo insolito en todas las estancias en las que he pasado unas vacaciones, muy versatil para epocas del año que no son plenamente veraniegas. Cuando se dice que no le falta un detalle es exactamente asi, Me voy a referir al ambito especifico de la electronica. Decir que el wifi de la casa es de alta velocidad (5g), y que dispone de una red para el interior, y otra para exterior, asi en ningun momento te quedas sin cobertura o recibiendo una señal debil. Cuenta con un televisor smart tv en cada dormitorio, ademas de la gran pantalla del salon, y lo que hemos disfrutado mucho, un gran subwofer con conexion bluetooth que nos ha amenizado las comidas y sobremesas, tanto dentro como en la zona de barbacoa. Una barbacoa, por cierto, de lo mejor que he visto nunca, con leña a disposicion. Un lugar a donde apetece mucho volver!!

3 Wochen an einem schönen und erholsamen Ort!!!

Alles war perfekt. Giodano war zur Schlüsselübergabe am Haus und hat uns alles erklärt und gezeigt. Es fehlt im und am Haus/Garten an nichts. Der Pool und Garten wunderbar. Wir vier Erwachsene und unsere 3 Hunde waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Giodano war stets ansprechbar.Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnlage mit Blick auf die Berge und auch aufs Meer. Bis zum Familienstrand (3 schöne Buchten) waren es nur 4 km. Der Hundestrand in Miami Platja/Hospitalet war auch nicht weit und hat uns gefallen. Perfekt für längere Spaziergänge mit unserem Hund ist der Playa Marquesa und zum Faro (in der Nähe von Riumar). Zum Schwimmen, Spielen und Laufen einfach nur gut! Alles hat uns gut gefallen und wir können die Villa Navegantes nur empfehlen und wir kommen wieder!

Super Anwesen

Gastgeber und Objekt lassen keine Wünsche offen. Sauberkeit 1A. Sehr gute Klimaanlage, welche bei Bedarf sehr schnell das gesamte Haus kühlt. Pool und die Aussenanlage sind perfekt. Alles sehr gepflegt. Ruhige Umgebung. Wir können es jedem nur empfehlen.

Un séjour très agréable

La maison est totalement conforme à ce qui est sur le site. Le propriétaire est très gentil et tiens au bien etre de ses locataires. La maison est située à 3km environ de la plage la plus proche, très facielement accessible en voiture. Pour les amoureux de visite, Tarragone et sa cité historique sont à 30 min de voiture. Un grand merci au propriétaire qui a mis à notre disposition une maison super équipée et très très propre. Notre séjour à été génial. A recommander.

Super Haus mit mega guten Außenanlage

Von Anfang bis Ende waren wir sehr zufrieden, alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, es ist alles im Haus was man braucht, Giordano ist ein super netter Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit so wie man sich das wünscht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !! 10/10 👍👍👍👍

Un petit coin de paradis...

Très bon accueil du propriétaire (Giordano), personne d'une grande gentillesse! Agréable villa dans un endroit paisible, très propre et bien équipée. Jardin très bien entretenu avec de beaux palmiers, de belles fleurs, un terrain de pétanque et une piscine à (très) bonne température... C'est juste parfait! L'Ametlla de Mar est très sympa, avec une belle plage, de petits restos et commerces où il est agréable de sortir en soirée. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et un grand merci encore à Giordano:)

Mejor de lo esperado

Estupendo, todo muy limpio y cuidado. Tiene hasta el último detalle que puedas imaginar.Uma piscina cubierta que te puedes bañar cuando quieras y rodeada de mucho césped. El propietario muy amable y dispuesto ha ayudarte en todo lo que necesites.

Fin de semana de paz y tranquilidad

La Villa es mucho mas bonita que en las fotos. Todo está súper cuidado y con un montón de detalles. La ubicación perfecta, zona muy tranquila. Giordano encantador!! Hemos estado súper bien y nuestro perrete se lo ha pasado en grande correteando por el jardín. Para repetir sin ninguna duda!!! Gracias por todo!!
