Penthouse, terrace 45 m2 with barbecue and a postcard in front of the eyes!

Residential area, quiet and sunny. Building facing south, surrounded by a pine garden. Consisting of ground floor and two floors. There are only 9 neighbors. Beaches at 200 m., 50 m coves. , Very near the harbor, shops and good restaurants.
Apartment on the 2nd. and last floor. Living space 70 m2., Large terrace 60 m2. with the corresponding furniture and barbecue. Nice view of the mountains and the sea (Cap de Creus, Port de la Selva and others).
Capacity for 5 people. It is large, comfortable, and totally team. It has 4 spacious and bright rooms, which: dining room, lounge with fireplace, sofa, color TV (TNT), all French channels) and Satellite Astra. A double bedroom, a twin bedroom with matching wardrobes, there is also a leaflet reads. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with toaster, microwave, oven, coffee maker and fridge with freezer. The bathroom is quite complete. There is a small area for the washing machine. Heating and air conditioning in all rooms. There is a community garden which is private parking for one car.
Pets are allowed.
Rentals always from Saturday to Saturday
Bed linen and towels are optional (15€/person)
Wifi is free
-Air conditioning and heating: The price includes 30kWh/week of electricity usage. To use it, and to incentivise responsible and sustainable Energy consumption, we ask for a deposit of 20€/week at the beginning of the stay. In case the consumption surpasses the included 30kWh/week, we will charge the difference at a rate of 0.67€/kWh. You can choose whether to use it or not at the moment of arrival.
