This is the place for a perfect San Diego escape!! Bay and Ocean living at its best. 600+ sq foot spacious 1 BR with completely remodeled Kitchen and Bathroom. This condo is part of an 8 total unit complex however unlike all the other units and most properties in the area where you need to deal with the common area you get your own Private Door and Patio entrance!!! So nice NOT to have to deal with extra keys, lockboxes, and the annoying Common Area issues.
Hardwood floor in Large living room. 10 x 18 sq foot enclosed Private Patio as well as a community rooftop patio. Small Fire Pit on your Private Patio.
