Adjacent to groomed cross-country ski trails, our 'Teton Valley Retreat' offers amazing views of the Tetons and Grand Targhee. Relax by the wood burning fireplace, soak in the hot tub, or roast marshmallows over the firepit.

Make our 'Teton Valley Retreat' your home for a month or more! Available furnished from $15,000/month. Ask about discounted furnished or unfurnished multi-month rentals!

With 3900+ square feet, 4 bathrooms, and 4+ bedrooms, there is plenty of room to bring your friends and family. The dining area seats eight, and the sunroom seats an additional four.

The master bedroom, master bath, and walk-in closet are on the main floor. An office and guest bath are also on the main floor.

Upstairs, choose from two or more bedrooms. The Cowboy Room offers two twins, and the View Room offers a queen bed, walk-in closet, and access to the upstairs deck. The loft area offers a comfortable sitting area for playing games and watching movies. There is one full bath on the second floor, and ask about the availability of additional bedrooms on the second floor.

The basement offers a trundle bed, and a private bath with a shower.

One of the owners is a real estate agent licensed in Idaho and Wyoming.

We fell in love in the Tetons and never left. This house was built in 2006, and it has been our primary residence. As we transition to a new primary residence, we can lock off or open up rooms to meet the needs of our guests.

Why they chose this property

Targhee Towne is an amazing neighborhood, and we love being able to ski on our lunch breaks. The Teton Views are hard to beat!

What makes this property unique

On those cold, clear January days, the sunroom can heat up to 90 degrees. In the summers, we love breakfast in the sunroom and lunch on the deck. We enjoy relaxing on the front porch as the sun sets over the Big Holes. On cloudy winter days, the Florida room offers an alternative to sunshine. Painted bright orange, it makes us smile.
