Pretty self-catering new house, 100m away from the beach, high comfort, very peaceful, bright, functional and quiet that enables sleepyheads to have lie-ins! Shops are nearby, fine sandy beach opposite the Channel islands with magnificent sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, nice decoration, lawn of 400m2 with big terrace that enables you to have breakfast under the sun or in the shade, depending on your choice, private parking. Quiet location, wild for those who like the sea, relaxation, nature, great hiking paths, especially the "Chemin des Douaniers" on the Cap de Carteret. At low tide, you have the possibility to go fishing (oysters, mussels, shrimp, and lobsters). This house enables you to spend nice holidays with family or friends, to taste excellent seafood and to recharge your batteries.

Modern house with all facilities

Perfect for 4 people. Two separate toilettes and a bathroom with shower. Lovely garden - with garden furniture. Close to the Beach. Not really walking distance to shops (if you don’t like to walk for about 1 hour as we do!). Maybe better options in the summer - we stayed here in November.

Haus in Barneville Plage

Das Haus liegt in einem schönen gepflegten Garten, man ist in 2 Minuten am Strand. Schade war, dass man über einige Mängel nicht informiert wurde. So musste man in der unteren Toilette den Haupthahn an dem Toilettenwaschbecken abdrehen, weil ansonsten der Wasserhahn in einem durch tropfte; das war den Vermietern bekannt. Die Lüftungen in den Sanitärräumen waren nicht abzustellen, am Ende des Aufenthalts wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man in der Garage die Sicherung ausschalten müsste. Weiterhin war im Badezimmer die Beleuchtung über dem Spiegel teilweise defekt, so dass man nur ein sehr schwaches Licht im Bad hatte. Das Knarren des Fußbodens war bekannt und störte uns nur bedingt.

Tolle Urlaubswoche

Alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden, die junge Dame die sich um das Haus kümmert ist sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt problemlos. Haus, Garten und Terrasse sind sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist gut, in zwei Minuten ist man am Strand, Barneville-Carteret ist eine Reise wert. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung war unkompliziert. Das Haus war gemütlich eingerichtet, es war sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Auch für Familien mit mehreren Kindern bestens geeignet da es auch ein großes Außengelände mit Spielhaus bietet.

Sommerferien in der Normandie

2 Wochen bei gemischtem Wetter am Meer. In der Nähe viele Möglichkeiten zum Spazierengehen, Strände, Märkte und Ausflugsziele. Besonders gefiel uns der Lindbergh-Plage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Barneville.

rust en dicht bij zee

Voor 2 personen prima. Knus huisje met grote, afgesloten tuin. Goede bedden, rustig, in 2 minuten loop je naar zee. Aardige ontvangst en rondleiding in huis. Hier en daar wat verouderde spullen die aan vernieuwing toe zijn, bv koekenpannen. Makkelijke stoelen zijn te klein voor grotere mensen(1.80) Meer dan genoeg borden, glazen etc. Leuke omgeving, vooral om te wandelen. We hebben genoten.

Einfach schön

Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt. Tolle Lage, tolles und sauberes Haus mit schönem Grundstück, nette Vermieter und Armelle, die uns vor Ort herzlich in Empfang genommen hat und bei Fragen/Anliegen sehr hilfsbereit war. Das war unser dritter Aufenthalt in der Normandie und wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.

Propriété spacieuse, claire et calme en juin. Le descriptif mentionne 2 salle de bain 1salle de bain renseignée au lieu de mentionner 1 salle d'eau, couchage 6 pers: absence de description du couchage, des rubriques non renseignées : piscine et spa, bain à remous, golf......etc etc...désillusion à l'arrivée.

sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus sauber und wohnlich ein gerichtet. Dusche könnte mal überholt werden

wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht alles da was man braucht. Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. ein kleines Manko, wenig ablegmöglichkeiten für Unser Wäsche. wie oben erwähnt müsste die Dusche mal überholt werden.kaum Wasserdruck. sonst war alees zu unserer Zufriedenheit. das beste kurze Wege zum Strand. haben jeden Abend noch einenAbendspaziergang am Strand (Ebbe) oder an der Pronenade (bei Flut) gemacht.

Alles gut. Waren sehr zufrieden. Einzige Überraschung war , dass es zum Schluss eine Wasser und Strom Abrechnung gab die nicht angekündigt war. War Zufall, dass wir Bargeld da hatten. Beim nächsten Mal wissen wir ja Bescheid.
