Enjoyed our time very much the apartment was just as expected with a lovely bonus of air conditioning. Good central position near beach, shops and supermarket. Exceptionally friendly residents on the complex. Would have been nice to have had the use of pool chairs and umbrella as it was hotter than average but the beach has beds available with umbrellas for shade at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend a stay.

Situación ideal y mucha tranquilidad

El apartamento para una pareja esta muy bien. Aire acondicionado nuevo y ventilador en la habitación. A 5 minutos de la playa andando, tiene cerca sitios muy buenos para tapear y cenar. La zona comun es amplia y con una buena piscina Hemos quedado muy contentos

Hemos estado muy agusto el apartamento es pequeño pero para dos suficiente el aire acondicionado muy bien , cerca de la playa con piscina, pudimos llevar a nuestra mascota 🐕el cuarto de baño con una gran ducha súper limpio para mí todo muy bien gracias Pilar.

Apartamento minusculo con hormigas para 4 personas ni se os ocurra y por lo que da el apartamento caro y la piscina caliente el agua total un desastre

Siento que la estancia no haya sido de tu agrado, pero tal y como me expresaste no te gusta utilizar los medios de los que disponías: aire acondicionado y ventilador, por lo que sería recomendable que te replanteases veranear en el Sur en el mes de agosto y en plena ola de calor

Un séjour agréable avec un site idéal

Idéalement situé avec accès direct à la piscine et à 10 mn à pieds d'un magnifique bord de mer Lave-linge et plaques de cuisson très pratiques L'appartement est globalement satisfaisant. À noter qu'il n'y a pas de véritable fenêtre dans la chambre. Pourrait être amélioré : l'éclairage trop faible dans toutes les pièces et climatisation très bruyante Appartement plaisant mais qui mériterait d'être un peu rafraîchi tenant compte du prix Accueil très sympathique

El apartamente me encató. Muy bien situado, muy tranquilo y en perfecto estado, tanto de orden como de limpieza. La propietaria fue muy amable y servicial, recomiendo tanto la zona como el apartamento a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones!

UN APARTAMENTO MUY AGRADABLE

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos,a 5 minutos de la playa y del paseo maritimo donde encontraras todo tipo de bares, chirnguitos y tumbonas,ademas está completamente equipado y posee aire acondicionado. La propietaria está pendiente de que todo vaya bien y además los conserjes son encantadores¡.Lo recomiendo plenamente, de hecho ya se lo he recomendado a una amiga¡

Why they chose this property

I traveled to Aguadulce with a friend who had an apartment there and liked both the area and the sun, that the following year I bought the apartment. I love the sea view when going from Almeria to Aguadulce and watched as the sun reflected in water

What makes this property unique

I like the amplitude of the views from the terrace and see the sea, it relaxes me. And being able to walk to all necessary sites without having to use the car. To get there you can use the car, bus, train or ferry tickets to Africa
