Situación ideal y mucha tranquilidad

El apartamento para una pareja esta muy bien. Aire acondicionado nuevo y ventilador en la habitación. A 5 minutos de la playa andando, tiene cerca sitios muy buenos para tapear y cenar. La zona comun es amplia y con una buena piscina Hemos quedado muy contentos

Idéalement situé avec accès direct à la piscine et à 10 mn à pieds d'un magnifique bord de mer Lave-linge et plaques de cuisson très pratiques L'appartement est globalement satisfaisant. À noter qu'il n'y a pas de véritable fenêtre dans la chambre. El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos,a 5 minutos de la playa y del paseo maritimo donde encontraras todo tipo de bares, chirnguitos y tumbonas,ademas está completamente equipado y posee aire acondicionado. La propietaria está pendiente de que todo vaya bien y además los conserjes son encantadores¡.Lo recomiendo plenamente, de hecho ya se lo he recomendado a una amiga¡

Why they chose this property

I traveled to Aguadulce with a friend who had an apartment there and liked both the area and the sun, that the following year I bought the apartment. I love the sea view when going from Almeria to Aguadulce and watched as the sun reflected in water

What makes this property unique

I like the amplitude of the views from the terrace and see the sea, it relaxes me. And being able to walk to all necessary sites without having to use the car. To get there you can use the car, bus, train or ferry tickets to Africa
