Come and recharge your batteries in this small, quiet house, located at the Golf de St Samson privileged location in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast. Entrance, living room, living room, American kitchen, 2 bedrooms. Terrace and patio. Access to the swimming pool according to season (see with golf managers). Tennis and golf accessibility see price with golf managers. Whether you are a golfer or not, come and discover Brittany, its heritage, its culture and its sandy beaches. You will discover the pleasures of the sea (walks, fishing on foot, sailing, visits to the islands by boat, strolls along the coast) and you will soak up the superb landscapes changing with the tides. You can also taste the delicious Breton recipes and learn about traditional dances in our 'Fest Noz' (night parties); Contact us, we will be delighted to welcome you to our holiday home and offer you some specialties. Situation géographique top, accompagnement du propriétaire top, agencement du logement et équipements top.Présence du Wifi, top mais faible.Place de parking, top.Dépose poubelles à proximité, top.Environnement extérieur propre, sécurisant et verdoyant.Points à améliorer: Nombreux placards, mais en grande partie utilisés et nous avons fait le choix de ne pas vider nos valises.Voir photos: étendoir manque câbles et support fatigué et rouillé, parasol fragile et cassé, chaise longue verte rouillée.Faire savoir aux locataires que le bien est situé à proximité de la zone technique du golf et le midi début des navettes pour récupérer les balles de golf lorsque les golfeurs dînent, cela est très bruyant si nous souhaitons déjeuner sur la terrasse.Le studio est vieillissant, à notre arrivé nous avons nettoyé tous les interrupteurs et toutes les poignées sales et collants. Nous avons secoué les tapis devant la porte d’entrée.Quelques éclairages au plafond sont HS, une prise murale HS.Le propriétaire n’y est pour rien, mais nous avons eu de la chance car tous les logements n’étaient pas occupés car la promiscuité est bien là.Avec une telle promiscuité, sur la terrasse nous avons pu profiter de la cigarette, du joint et des grillades sardines du voisin.Nous avions du retard à notre arrivée pas vu la propriétaire et départ lapropriétaire pas présente.

Superbe accueil maison bien située

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Nous avons découvert grâce à Nathalie des sites extraordinairesd'une rare beauté à couper le souffle. Allez visiter le port à pieux .tout se mérite beaucoup de marche. Je ne regrette qu'une seule chose il faut repartir mais pour mieux revenir.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, le logement est bien équipé (machine à laver, cafetière...) bien situé au sein d'un golf au calme. Tout est à proximité en 5/10 minutes en voiture. Petit bémol sur la propreté de la cuisine du logement. Sinon celui ci est assez confortable et ne manque de rien.

Une première découverte, habitués au soleil du Sud, nous avons tenté la Bretagne, bien sûr une météo capricieuse mais Quelle Beauté quand le soleil veut bien se montrer. Nous avons adoré les paysages, l'accueil des bretons, les crêpes et le caramel salé ! Et que dire de la gentillesse de Nathalie, ses bons conseils et ses petites attentions. Une maisonnette parfaite pour les vacances, le logement est fonctionnel, le cadre est reposant. Situation idéale pour les balades. Cette belle côte de granit rose

La météo a été capricieuse mais nous avons néanmoins apprécié nos vacances à Trégastel, à 2 pas de cette belle côte de granit rose. Balade sur le sentier des douaniers, visite de l’île Bréhat, pêche à pied, dégustation des crêpes bretonnes, … Merci à Nathalie pour ses bons conseils et sa disponibilité.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment schräger Haus mitten auf dem Golfplatz.

mit Elektrofahrrädern kann man sehr gut die Gegend erkunden. Da es ziemlich hügelig bis zur Küste ist. Eine sehr schöne ruhige Gegend. Viele Restaurants sind mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Golfplatz eigene Restaurant bietet ebenfalls sehr gutes Essen und eine schöne Terrasse mit Ausblick und guten Cocktails. Der Pool ist beheizt und kann auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen angenehm genutzt werden. Das Apartment schräger Haus bietet eine Spülmaschine und alles was man braucht. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Außen befindet sich sogar ein Grill. Die Nachbarn sind etwas nah an der Terrasse. Ansonsten hat man nach vorne hin und auf der Terrasse freien Ausblick ins Grüne . Wir wurden von einer sehr netten Gastgeberin empfangen, die sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben hat. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen ein sehr entspannter Urlaub. Und eine wunderschöne Gegend !;)

Petite maison joliment décorée,dans un cadre magnifique. De bons conseils de visite et de restauration donnés par la propriétaire. Il manque un peu d éclairage et une prise dans la salle de bains,sinon tout était parfait.
