The house is classified "Meublé de Tourisme Trois étoiles ***" (classification by the Ministry of Tourism) - The house faces the sea in the commune of Plouarzel. The house was awarded the "3 Clés Vacances" label (approval no. 029MS000272) in 2017. We accept French holiday vouchers (ANCV).
We are 400 m from the nearest beach, and there are 5 other beaches within a 2 km radius. The nautical centre is 1.5 km away, and the Plouarzel golf course is 3 km away. There are plenty of opportunities for walks along the customs path (400m away) and the wild coastline is truly beautiful, with views of the islands of Molène and Ouessant. The house has been completely renovated (2010) and is fully equipped with new fittings and tasteful antiques.

Penn-ar-Bed or Finistère

The entire process of booking through to being welcomed went very well. This rental home is perfectly located, within walking distance of the beach, dunes and multiple walks along the coastline which is breathtaking. Within 12 to 15 minutes from Landunvez, Porspoder, St.Renan and Le Conquet, all along a stunning coastline. There is a reason it is called Finistère. What is not to like. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely and comfortable home, big enough for 6 people.

La maison est grande et confortable, très bien placée assez proche d’une plage très agréable.Il y a vraiment ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner et beaucoup de vaisselle.J’ai regretté que les lits du premier étage ne soient pas modulable comme indiqué dans l’annonce.

Ein tolles Haus in einer traumhaften Landschaft

Wir durften eine Woche in dem schönen Haus verbringen. Das Haus hat eine sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung mit Geschirr und sonstigem Küchenzubehör. Auch Gewürze, Öl und andere Zubehörteile sind vorhanden. Die Aussicht aus dem Wintergarten haben wir besonders genossen. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt zu Fuß starten und ist nach ein paar Minuten an der Küste, an der man dann wunderschön spazierengehen kann - oder natürlich einfach Zeit am Strand verbringen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent chez séjour chez Pascal. Merci à Alain pour son accueil également. La maison est très bien équipée, avec la véranda qui permet de profiter de la vue mer (quand la pluie s'invite !), et proche du gr34. Super vue sur la baie de Porspaul et sur molène. Awesome, séjour très agréable

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Mr F..et la situation du logement , le potentiel et surtout l'environnement : tout a été parfait. Un superbe séjour sur la côte des abers

Ce gîte est parfait sur tous les points. Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil de la personne chargée de nous recevoir. La maison est superbe, décorée avec goût, et disposant de tous les équipements que vous pouvez souhaiter. Propreté irréprochable. Quant à la situation géographique, à 400 m des plages, et tout proche de la côte des Abers et de la presqu'île de Crozon, une semaine est trop courte pour découvrir tous les superbes paysages côtiers, encore sauvages et non touchés par l'urbanisation. Dès que possible nous y reviendrons pour découvrir ce que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de visiter.

Großzügiges, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit Blick auf das Meer

Das Haus bietet mit seiner außerordentlich großzügigen Ausstattung ( Küche, Spiele…), der individuellen Gestaltung, dem schönen Garten und seiner meernahen Lage viele Möglichkeiten, einen abwechslungsreichen Familienurlaub zu verbringen. Der durchgehend freundliche und zuvorkommende Kontakt zu Monsieur Kerneis und die ebenso freundliche Begrüßung durch Monsieur Floch trugen dazu bei, dass wir uns sehr schnell wie zu Hause fühlten.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einem schönen Ferienhaus!

Wir haben mit 4 Personen einen sehr angenehmen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer vom Wintergarten aus; ein wunderbarer Platz, um das Frühstück einzunehmen und die Abende zu verbringen. Man ist schnell an den schönen Buchten der Finistère und kann baden oder herrliche Wanderungen an der Küste machen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ist zuverlässig schnell und freundlich. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist sehr nett und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen. 4 Freunde aus Deutschland

Maison grande, comfortable, bien situee au bout de Finistere

On est venu en Finistere pour decouvrir ce cote merveilleux. La maison de Pascale etait non seulement une base ideale pour des balades sur les cotes du nord (jusqu'aux abers) au sud (jusqu'a la pointe St. Mathieu et puis sur les falaises qui longent le rade de Brest). La maison est aussi un logement ideal pour profiter des belles plages de sable de Plouarzel lui-meme, qui sont a quelques minutes de marche seulement. On a etabli un rhythme qui s'est marie les deux modes de vaccances - balades, decouvertes toute la journee, et puis, en rentrant, baignade dans l'ocean pour se rafraichir. La maison elle-meme est fort jolie et superbement equippee sur tous les points. On a particulierement apprecie la grande espace sous verre, avec vue sur l'ocean, ou on se detendait, prenait l'apero, dinait. On a eu du beau temps, mais meme quand il pleut, cette espace assure une journee de vaccances reussie. C'est une maison soignee, sur laquelle le proprietaire a beaucoup reflechi et dans laquelle il a mis beaucoup d'amour. Je donnerai une note de 6/5 si c'etait possible.

Week-end de mariage

Tout était parfait. Un seul bémol mais j’imagine momentané : la gestion du passage de 7 adultes dans une seule douche. En effet, le voisin qui a géré notre arrivée, charmant et très disponible, nous a avertis à l’entrée de la location que le mitigeur de la baignoire dans la salle de bains ne fournissait plus que de l’eau chaude. Les précédents locataires l’en avaient informé juste avant mais aucun plombier n’avait pu passer. Nous conseillons cette location très propre et très bien placée.

The house has a nice sea view. You will find a wild coast at the end of the world! I have lived in Belgium for more than 20 years, but I come from the north area of Finistère. All my family lives in this region, including my brother who lives in Saint Renan (13 km away). Additionally, my wife's cousin and her family live in Plougonvelin (12 km away).
