Villa idéale pour des vacances en famille à Monticello.Nous avons séjourné une semaine en août dans cette magnifique villa, et c’était tout simplement parfait pour notre famille. L’espace est généreux, sécurisé, et pensé pour le confort de tous — petits comme grands.Les enfants ont adoré la piscine, le jardin et les coins ombragés pour jouer. Une terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la mer et les collines corses. La maison est très bien équipée, propre. Chacun y trouve son espace, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment agréable.La localisation est idéale : au calme, tout en étant proche des plages (en voiture), des commerces et des villages typiques de la Balagne. Un vrai équilibre entre détente et découvertes.L’accueil de Patrick a été chaleureux et attentionné, avec de belles recommandations locales.Un grand merci pour cette parenthèse familiale inoubliable, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Maison parfaite pour grande famille

Maison spacieuse, bien équipée , les extérieurs sont incroyables : terrasses piscine Ping Pong transats et surtout la vue ! Propriétaire dispo et agréable ! Excellent séjour pour nous et nos amis !

La maison est très confortable, les équipements sont au top ( piscine, sauna, table de Ping Ping, clim ) ! La vue est imprenable et l’on ne s’en lasse pas. Le propriétaire est arrangeant et disponible ! Je recommande vivement cette villa !

House in Corbara

Our group of 10 stayed in the owner's other house in Corbara, which is quite nearby. The area is breathtaking, it was one of our favorite spots on the island. The Corbara house was wonderful, newly built and very comfortable. The bedrooms were a good size with new beds. The kitchen was a bit small for cooking for 10 and it had a low range hood that everyone bumped their heads into at least once. We had issues with the BBQ in the back and only used it once. The caretaker and owner took good care of us while we were there. Making sure the hot tub was running and we had full instructions to the house. The listing doesn't include all details, there was a very large caution (4000 euros) requested that was a surprise and the owner requested payment in cash, we were able to negotiate a smaller caution and it was returned when we left without issue. He also requested additional fees when our group size grew over 8 people. I would be sure to get all charges and fees clear up front before booking or sending your first payment. Patrick was very responsive to my emails and the stay turned out to be very nice after some early bumps regarding fees.

Belles vacances en famille

Nous étions 20 personnes ( 10 adultes et 10 enfants dont 2 bébés), pendant une semaine. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme, le vue magnifique sur la mer, la piscine ( besoin d'être chauffée au mois d'avril il fait encore frais!), le nombre de chambres et de salle de bains, le petit studio pour ceux qui souhaitent plus d'intimité. La proximité de belles ballades, de commerces et sites touristiques. Tout est réunit pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille!

Parfait pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette villa récente et moderne. Nous étions 15 personnes, 8 adultes et 7 enfants. Elle est bien conçue, bien équipée et tout à fait adaptée à ce genre de séjour en groupe familial ou non (espace, nombre de chambres et de salles de bain, ...) . Elle est très bien située, à deux pas de l'Ile Rousse et des villages de Balagne, dans un site calme, avec une vue panoramique magnifique. En résumé : un excellent séjour qui pourrait être renouvelé.

"Cadre magnifique, villa ...

"Cadre magnifique, villa bien équipée, convient bien pour les réunion familiale ou voyage de groupe (nous étions 18 adultes). Région calme , vue superbe depuis les terrasses et la piscine, petit chemin de randonnées à proximité. Je recommande vivement cette destination."
