Our private beachfront villa sits 15 steps back from the Anse Forbans beach. Unlike some 'seafront' villas, the beach house does not have a road in front of it. It is the ideal setting for to have the perfect tropical holiday on a magnificent quasi-private beach. NOTE: VRBO website ERRONEOUSLY describes our Beach House as 3 minutes from Anse Forbans beach - we are in fact only 15 steps from Anse Forbans beach.

Our beachfront villa offers an authentic ‘kreole’ experience. Our traditional creole style Beach House is nestled in a tropical garden and on a quasi private beach of Anse Forbans. In fact, we have the best placement (in comparison to the 4 star Hotel down the beach) on Anse Forbans Beach. Anse Forbans beach has a coral reef and many of our guests enjoy snorkelling, paddle boarding, swimming just a few meters off the beach.

Anse Forbans is relatively undeveloped. Not only does Anse Forbans feature one of the best beaches in the Seychelles, we have many of other top beaches just minutes away…..plus Anse Marie Louise and Anse Parnel which are both accessible on foot. You are in a private secluded environment. Our garden & Anse Forbans beach will make you feel that you have been taken away to another world far away. Imagine waking up and walking through a lush garden to lounge and swim at this magnificent beach, napping under the coco trees, swimming in the calm waters while your children play on the beach or in a private garden. On the beach in the garden of the beach house, there is a corner shaded by coco trees - ideal for sundowners & evening meals. Alfresco dining takes on whole new meaning with the waves of Anse Forbans lapping at your feet.
Long peaceful nature walks whether on Anse Forbans beach or in the nearby undisturbed forests are popular with visitors. Stand up paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming and snorkeling amongst the schools of fish await at Anse Forbans and a short stroll away is the famous surfing beach of Anse Parnel beach. A local grocery store is only 200 meters away – step inside and you will be taken back to the Seychelles of yesterday with the warm service of the proprietor. Your children will love running through the garden or playing on the beach while the parents can lounge nearby on the beach or terrasse.
The Beach House also features:
• All 4 bedrooms are air conditioned and feature orthopedic spring mattresses enabling peaceful sleep to the tranquil sounds of the waves of Anse Forbans;
• 3 bathrooms – all with shower, sink and toilet. In addition there is also an outdoor shower near the beachfront;
• outdoor terrace with dining areas: a teak table for up to 12 people;
• Rattan furniture on terrace + 8 sun loungers;
• Indoor dining table for 6 people plus a large comfortable living room with a 3 couches for 8 people and a 55 inch smart TV;
• Housekeeping 3x per week except national holidays;

Ich habe mit meiner Frau und meinen 3 erwachsenen Soehnen dort 2 Wochen Urlaub gemacht. Das Haus ist zwar einfach gehalten aber alles ist da und alles funktioniert. Das Platzangebot ist sehr grosszuegig, ideal fuer eine grosse Familie oder eine Gruppe von Freunden. Die Lage ist schlichtweg unglaublich, direkt am Strand, die Umgebung ist die schoenste auf Mahe. Das Meeresrauschen ist stets zu hoeren, auch im Haus. Alles ist authentisch und man fuehlt sich als Teil der community. Der Besitzer und die Villa-Managerin waren aeusserst hilfsbereit und stets verfuegbar, die Kommunikation, auch schon vor Ankunft, war hervorragend. Das Haus wurde taeglich gereinigt. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen uebertroffen, wir koennen es von ganzem Herzen empfehlen.

Wonderful house right at the beach

We very much enjoyed the house and the amazing support provided by Marlene on essentially a daily basis. A beach is right in front of the house. We very much enjoyed the tranquility, comfort, location and services provided. Unfortunately, I had an accident while walking on a jungle path, which forced us to return home earlier than expected. The owner (John) was very helpful trying to support us in this situation and to find out about appropriate medical care. We certainly hope to make up for the days missed now and to return to this beautiful house another time!

Великолепно расположенная на самом юге острова Mahe вилла, приятно сочетает в себе креольский и современный стиль дома для отдыха на берегу океана. Небольшой, но ухоженный сад отлично дополняет прекрасную веранду вокруг всей виллы. Чистота и порядок обеспечены внимательным и приветливым персоналом в лице менеджера виллы Marlene. Если вам необходим помощник в приготовлении еды, то Juliana всегда рада оказать вам такую помощь за вполне умеренную оплату. Рынки, супермаркеты и рестораны расположены недалеко от виллы. suveræn veludstyret og dejligt hus med helt perfekt beliggenhed med vandet lige udenfor havelågen, haven er indhegnet - særdeles velegnet til familie med børn, housemanager Marlene er behjælpelig med alt og kommer med gode anbefalinger og løsninger, altid med et smil, den daglige rengøring i top - huset kan anbefales og vi kommer gerne igen dog vil vi næste gang leje bil, da der er langt til større indkøb når man ikke er vant til at gå i varmen - der er en lille kiosk, som kan dække de fleste behov - åbningstider er svingende

Relaxing property in stunning location

A lovely house in a great location. The beach is 25 metres from the house lapping the bottom of the garden. It felt like a private beach. We enjoyed the snorkeling as well as the kayaks provided. Used the gas BBQ a lot and had a great Creole meal cooked by the lovely housekeeper. Enjoyed the company of the house manager who was always available and gave useful recommendations for shopping and eating. We stayed in wonderful hotels on Praslin ad La Digue but this is the place we would return to.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem wirklich schönen Haus direkt am Strand! Für 6 Personen großzügiges Platzangebot, große Terrasse (auch wenn es regnet gut zu nutzen) mit unmittelbarem Zugang zum Strand. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Betreuung durch das housekeeping, an einem Abend wurde vorzüglich kreolisch gekocht, weit besser als das übliche kreolische Essen in vielen Restaurants auf der Insel.

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable à la Beach Kaz !! Dès le début de la réservation, nous avons été séduits par la qualité et le professionnalisme des échanges avec John... Et arrivée à la Villa, c'est Marlène qui prend le relais : souriante, disponible, toujours prête à satisfaire vos demandes et à vous donner ses conseils judicieux sur les restaurants, les lieux à visiter... La Villa est très sécurisante, le jardin et surtout la plage attenante sont superbes!! Le bain est sûr, attention toutefois aux oursins pour les petits... La semaine, la plage est quasi déserte, le Week End, on y a croisé pas plus d'une dizaine de personne. La Villa est très bien située, on rejoint rapidement la côte ouest et ses superbes plages... Victoria est à 20mn, Beauvallon à 30mn... Merci encore à Marlène, John, Cyril, Juliana... Nous avons passez un séjour inoubliable!!!

Living in a dream!

Our stay in Beach House at Anse Forban for almost two weeks was like living in a dream, with a fantastic house with enough space for our party of 8 adults and 1 kid. Placed at the beach and with a very friendly, service minded and professional staff, including owner and manager, that met all our expectations. On the owners suggestion we also had the fortune to employ a fantastic chef that made every meal to a culinary event. The manager and the chef were also assisting us in geting all the foodstuff according to the season for the chef to prepare perfect creole dishes. We could not be more pleased to recommend this to anyone who look for a perfect situated Beach House, clean and staffed with professionals that make a Holliday in Seychelles a dream. Holiday of a lifetime

The moment you arrive, you are made to feel blissfully at home, the sea calls to you from the garden gate whilst Marlene pours you a delicious glass of local juice. The long journey is forgotten except you have entered into a new world, a new home for a holiday of a lifetime. On my first morning, and then there after, I woke early to sea the sunrise a few feet from my bedroom, slipping into the sea as a new day beckoned... just incredible. Every time I had a wish or a question it was answered in minutes, it actually felt as though I had a fairy godmother. The house is personal, comfortable, commodious and just what I was hoping for and more. The people on this colourful idyl are as warm as the sea, it is truly amazing to come this far and feel so much at home, so part of this magical place. The day we went for a recommended boat trip out to visit other islands was our favourite. When we sleepily returned, not only was the house incredibly clean and tidy (as parents you appreciate what I'm feeling...) but most wonderful of all, Juliana had left us a delicious (i use the word advisedly as a cookery teacher myself) meal - with rice gently warming... again, you can imagine the shear delight of returning home to this welcome, the warm kindness in this moment, expresses my feelings about the place: thoroughly thoughtful, delicious in every way. I really cannot say enough how special we found this holiday. quiet, most lovely beaches, jungle to explore, friendly people to connect with - we are home but will keep this place in our hearts always, with our love staying on the island. Thank you so much. Magical.

Le Paradis sur Terre existe vraiment !!! Et il se trouve à Mahé. Villa Magnifique, Jardin d'Eden, les pieds dans l'eau. John, merci de nous avoir louer votre maison qui est juste impeccable. Et que dire de Marlène ... Une merveilleuse personne dans tous les sens du thermes, toujours aux petits soins, très souriante, et très accueillante d'une disponibilité immédiate, Marlène, vous allez me manquer ... Juliana merci à vous aussi, la maison était toujours impeccable. C'est certain, le RV est pris pour Avril 2018 car il faut absolument que je fasse découvrir ce petit Paradis à mes Enfants... Perfect place to stay in Mahe

We spent about a week at Beach Kaz and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect for anyone who wants true beachfront access. Being more south on the island is really preferred. There is a much quieter vibe to the area compared to the north. All of the best beaches we found were also in the south. The house is kept incredibly clean and is stocked beyond what you could ever need for a vacation. Marlene and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. There is no way I would come to Mahe and stay at a resort when you have this option available. It is the best way to get a small taste of the local culture. We came away completely satisfied and would not hesitate to stay at Beach Kaz again.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our Family stay at Beach Kaz exceeded our expectations, it is a fantastic property that is especially well suited for a family get away with small kids. We were four adults and twin two year olds so have been finding normal hotel setups challenging, this house was like home away from home. The property online description and photos were an accurate representation and the house floorplan allowed everyone to have a bit of privacy. The house was impeccably clean, well maintained, well equipped with dishes, baby cribs, etc and the week day cleaning services by Juliana and Lucinda were perfect, not to mention friendly. We felt very much at home and enjoyed our time out on the patio and in the yard, relaxed that the kids were inside the fence. Truly have no complaints and were so pleased we found such a great find, with beach and yard, couldn't have hoped for any better. We felt the owner, house manager and staff all were very welcoming and were willing to go the extra the mile to ensure we had an exceptional stay. Overall our experience was fantastic, we would come back in a heartbeat.

Amazing time spent in this wonderful vacation home in Seychelles.

During our recent trip to Seychelles, we rented this house at Anse Forbans. It was five of us -- four adults and one child (5 years old) -- but there was ample space for more people (for example, we didn't use one of the bedrooms at all.) This house provides a great way to enjoy an authentic Seychelles experience with the comforts of home. The house is very well maintained, clean and comfortable and really convenient for family and extended family or friends. There are many living areas in the house which made it very comfortable for all of us to spread out and read, play, visit the beach, entertain guests, etc. We really enjoyed eating most of our meals outside at the large dining table on the large porch where there was a sea breeze. We also enjoyed using the grill and the kayak, and there are a number of toys and other items available to help entertain the little ones. The beach is right beyond the front yard with a safety fence so children can't wander off there alone but it's close enough to have very easy back-and-forth access from beach to house. The property managers fully cleaned the house every weekday (this was a great service!!) and prepared a special local meal for us one night which was very good. The cable, Internet and air conditioning all worked well. Some supplies were provided when we arrived and anything else we easily purchased at local shops -- there are good local shops close by and also the Hypermarket in Victoria and little veggie/fruit/fish stands all around the island. The property managers were very helpful with any needs we had. We would definitely return!

Unbeatable

This was our second time at the Beach Kaz. While looking into where to spend our vacation this year we were reluctant to go to the same place as last year but... We realized there's there's no point in fixing something that is not only not broken but perfect, for our needs anyway. Julianna's cooking was excellent again, Marlene took really good care of us and the house, the beach and everything else was, well, perfect. It's hard to describe what having a proper house right on the beach means with a 6 and 2 year old. It is now a home away from home for us and we're looking forward to returning next year.

Why they chose this property

We found paradise!!!! After years of searching for a beachfront property on Mahe, we came across an unpolished diamond in the Garden of Eden – that is, the Beach House at Anse Forbans. We moved to the Seychelles in 2009 and began renovating the house and landscaping the garden. We lived in the Beach House at Anse Forbans for three years with our son during his toddler years. He loved it and still considers it home. Two to three times a day he played on the beach at Anse Forbans, making sandcastles, chasing crabs, watching the turtles lay eggs, exploring the nooks and crannies of both Anse Forbans and the adjacent Anse Marie Louise and to our great relief, often napping in the shade of the coconut trees. We enjoyed pina coladas with coco cream from the coconuts of the garden and local rum accompanied by fresh red snapper grilled with smoked breadfruit. Anse Forbans is truly one of Seychelles' best beaches and unlike the more famous beaches elsewhere in the Seychelles, its relatively empty of crowds. You will often find yourself alone on the Anse Forbans beach!
We have recently renovated and upgraded the house including adding a dishwasher. We now have the opportunity to share with you what life is like living on one of the best beaches in the Seychelles. It was a dream come true for us. We are pleased that others are able to experience the joy that we had in living in Anse Forbans. We take pride in our house and work hard to maintain it.

What makes this property unique

Staying at the Beach House offers a privacy and authentic Kreole experience that simply can not be had in any hotel, resort or Dubai-esque development. Who wants to share a resort with crowds of other people, wait for a golf cart to go to the beach, restaurant or pool? At the Beach House, its 100% exclusively yours without any other guests.
