Nice apartment

Nice apartment near the village of Alpe D’Huez. The building is verry old but the apartment is clean and completely renovated. Staying with 6 people is far to much, staying with 4 is oke

 but there is only one bathroom, while on the site advertising of 2 bathrooms. Just a little thing, there is no water cooker!

Mooi, ruim en schoon appartement dicht bij de bakker en winkels. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor een fietsvakantie. Sleutelkluisje en garagebox zijn ideaal. Het gebouw is gedetailleerd, het appartement niet.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans cet appartement. Tout est conforme au descriptif, il ne manque rien , le linge de lit et de maison ainsi que le garage sont un vrai plus. Sa situation dans l’Alpes d’Huez permet d’accĂ©der aux pistes et au centre de la station facilement, en bref nous espĂ©rons revenir l’an prochain.

MĂ©nage Ă  revoir, proprietaire malhonnĂȘte, emplacement agrĂ©able

L'appartement n'Ă©tait vraiment pas propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e (bouchons d'oreilles, pince, Ă©lastique, poils et poussiĂšre-moutons dans l'ensemble de l'appartement) signalĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. De plus l'option mĂ©nage que nous avions vu avec Philippe plusieurs mois avant notre arrivĂ©e n'a pas pu se faire et il nous a prĂ©venu une fois arrivĂ©e alors qu'il le savait avant. Bref petite dĂ©convenue surtout vu l'Ă©tat de l'appartement Ă  notre arrivĂ©e mais nous avons fait le mĂ©nage. Et Philippe a le culot de nous dire que l'appartement Ă©tait pire Ă  notre dĂ©part. PropriĂ©taire malhonnĂȘte !! SĂ»r nous ne repasserons pas par une location avec lui

magnifique, tout Ă©tait comme prĂ©vu. un plus linge de lit, de maison et garage compris. nous avons passĂ© une semaine fabuleuse. Ă  chaque question posĂ©e Ă  mr Da Silva, la rĂ©ponse claire a toujours Ă©tĂ© donnĂ©e quasi instantanĂ©ment par mail. merci. une petite proposition pas chĂšre pour un confort d'utilisation : installer quelques crochets pour les vĂȘtements dans les chambres et la salle de bain. encore merci pour ce sĂ©jour
