Bon rapport qualité/prix

Bel appartement à 2 min des plages et à 10 min du centre et du port. L'ensemble est bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, climatiseur...) et très bien situé. La place de parking au pied de la résidence est un plus indéniable, qui évite de tourner en rond en fin de journée après les belles journées de vadrouille. Il manque juste un 2ème climatiseur dans la chambre à coucher.

magnifique appartement!

C'est le second séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très bien équipé, joliment décoré, les propriétaires ont vraiment le souci du détail et du pratique. Il est extrêmement bien situé, face à la plage et près du centre ville. La copropriété est calme, bref je le conseille vivement.
