About this property

Comfortable, cozy and bright detached chalet located on the sunniest slope of the commune in Vars-Ste-Catherine. Free shuttles a few meters from the chalet to be on the slopes skis in 5 minutes. Departure chairlifts at the bottom of the village.
The chalet has a terrace of 21 m2 facing south and a plot of 640m2. Large living room with fireplace, sitting area with sofa and armchairs. 82 cm flat-screen TV, Satellite, DVD and mini-CD channel. Kitchen open to the living room and equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, and various small household appliances. Bathroom with shower, and separate wc. Upstairs, three single rooms (2 beds 140 and 2 beds 90) and a sleeping area with a sofa bed.
Ski room and laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer are on the ground floor with indoor access. 2 toboggans and 2 pairs of snowshoes, 1 foosball for adults, a baby umbrella and a high chair are at your disposal. Wood offered for fireplace.
Exceptional view of the mountain and the valley, facing the Olympic ski slope. Winter or summer you can enjoy the quiet terrace, sun and enjoy moments of relaxation with family or friends.

Annonce érronée

Stationnement périlleux. Annoncé à 300 m. du télésiège alors qu'il y a 2,6 km (mesuré par le chauffeur de la navette). Bois offert pour la cheminée à part qu'on ne peut pas l'allumer (que des énormes morceaux sans petit bois). Sous sol accessible par une trappe et un escalier dangeureux (impossible d'y descendre les skis comme demandé). Pas de gaz ( à 1600 euros la semaine nous avons dû attendre plus de 24 heures pour qu'on nous change la bouteille). Laspirateur était plein des saletés des locataires d'avant. Le réfrigérateur fait un bruit inssupportable. Le baby foot a été apprécié. Heureusement que nous avons eu du beau temps et de la belle neige! Vous avez raison de me demander de modifier mon appréciation car j'avais oublié les mouches mortes et la vieille poussière dans les coins, la vieille literie des deux grands lits, l'abscence de bac à glaçons, l'odeur de fumier des deux fermes proches sur la terrasse et leurs chiens qui aboyaient sans raison. Je ne fait pas d'appréciation érronée moi.

Super sejour

Tres bonne vacances, cadre et paysage magnifique. Chalet chaleureux, tres bien equipé. Endroit calme et reposant, a proximité des randonnées, nous avons passé 15jours en pleine montagne et nous partons ressourcé. Acceuil sympatique et proprietaire disponible, et soucieux du bon deroulement de notre sejour. Merci Marie Helene et Valerie.

Nous nous sommes de suite sentis "chez nous" en ouvrant les portes de ce chalet. Décoration très agréable sans excès. Chambres chaleureuses.Terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes et accès au jardin ou nous avons tant apprécié lire à l'ombre des quelques arbres au son des nombreux oiseaux. Séjour en juillet par grande chaleur. Des nuits fraiches et des soirées parfaites. Nous cherchions du repos nous l'avons trouvé. Vive la montagne !
