Master apartment (90 m2), finely furnished by the owners, veranda (50 m2) with stunning views of the Gulf of Golfo Aranci, Cala Moresca, islet of Figarolo and Tavolara. The house of strova in the exclusive village of S'Abba and Sa Pedra. Beautiful girdini, beautiful beaches and a fantastic pool "in the Sea" will make you spend an unforgettable holiday. The apartment has been recently renovated in some parts and completely new furnished. The veranda is fully furnished and adjacent to the well-kept, and very private, private garden. The village is very quiet even in the moments of greater tourist flow, so you can decide to isolate yourself from the summer chaos or immerse yourself in the nearby nightlife Sarda, Porto round a few minutes drive, Porto Cervo and its beautiful beaches about 20 km. The apartment is equipped with LCD TV and Sky decoder with clear channels in view (if you own the card you can safely use it and then see your packages).

Vacanza indimenticabile

La casa è splendida, arredata con molto gusto, con una meravigliosa terrazza "fresca e riposante"da cui si ha uno scorcio superlativo del golfo. La zona è molto tranquilla e anche comoda perché vicina comunque al centro di golfo Aranci. Il residence è molto curato e silenzioso. Noi siamo stati in modo meraviglioso, ma quello che ci è piaciuto di più sono state la gentilezza, la cordialità e l'attenzione che ci ha riservato il proprietario, davvero speciale. Speriamo di ritornare presto.

Fantastic!

We absolutely loved our stay and were very sorry to leave, especially the amazing terrace. We felt at home immediately and thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous furnishings and comfort. We would recommend this house totally

Beautiful property! Slightly deceiving view!

Apartment is very beautiful! Nicely furnished, with thoughtful details throughout the apartment! You can tell that an owner has a great taste: from a lit-up fish sculpture in the kids room to the little aroma sachets in the closets- everything was very tasteful. Nicely furnished kitchen, we stayed for 7 days with kids and cooked breakfasts and lunches in the apartment. For Americans- Italians don't really go out to eat before dinner at 8:15-8:45pm :)))). There is a gorgeous private beach 5 minutes away walking time. We spent 6 days there with kids. There is an awesome pool. Very well kept facility. The village is nicely located to the Golfo Aranchi- 5 minutes. Porto Rotondo- 15 minutes. Porto Cervo- the fabulous city of Sardinia, with VIPs and luxury cars-35 minutes, you need a car to drive everywhere though. There is a market 5 minutes away, and a local restaurant Andreas- same distance. The all-inclusive resort to the left of the village, next beach over, does serve lunch from 12- 2:30pm. Overall a very enjoyable trip. My only reservation was the view that you see in a picture, makes you think you are on a waterfront, which is not entirely true. You can see the water from the huge balcony, but it's over many rows of houses in front of you, and you cannot see water at all from the bedrooms. That's my only reason for giving it 4 stars! Otherwise everything was great. Very responsive and welcoming owner. There is a cleaning lady who comes in midweek, as well. Hope this helps!
