Why they chose this property
In the village of Guethary just above the charming bay of Cenitz, a contemporary house with the view on the ocean. Guethary is a gem of the cote basque , last genuine fishermen’s village, it is also a world class surf spot. Once at the villa, almost everything is reachable by foot : cute protected beach to swim rafely with kids, less than 100 m away, rocky points to surf, great restaurants with amazing ocean view (Le Madrid, l’heteroclito, midway to the beach with breathtaking suspended terrasse above the ocean, great iberico ham and wines, « Harotzen Costa », refined cuisine right by the water. Costaldea for its Tapas.) The house has a big living room 60M2 where you can cook in a very modern kitchen while enjoying the view on the ocean. The three bedromms with their own private terrasse and bathroom are well separated, so yon don’t hear eachother. A big terrasse where you can eat, and relax and organise party.
