Located above Cenitz Beach, the house consists of a modern loft with large windows overlooking the garden and the sea, on the ground floor, a large 60-square-meter living room with a view of the sea, which includes a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area open to the living room, and a laundry room. This living room serves four bedrooms, each completely independent of the others, each with a balcony, a bathroom, and a view: One upstairs, one in the garden, and two in the old part of the house, which used to be a chapel. The small cove of Cénitz at the bottom of the house becomes a natural swimming pool for children at low tide and a surfing spot at high tide. The house is a 5-minute walk from the village, the promenade, the beaches of Guéthary, shops, and many restaurants in the village.

Sublime villa à deux pas de la plage

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse en famille dans cette villa moderne, calme et lumineuse. La pièce principale est immense : un vrai havre de paix. Les 3 chambres sont indépendantes et spacieuses, la déco épurée est très agréable, et la maison est entourée de verdure, à deux pas de la plus jolie plage de Guéthary. La propriétaire est également très sympa. Je recommande vivement cette villa !

Maison de vacances idéale en famille

Nous avons loué plusieurs fois cette maison (quinzaine au mois d'Août) à l'emplacement idéal entre la plage de Cénitz et le centre du village. Maison calme, extrêmement bien équipée à la décoration digne d'une parution "Elle Déco". Propriétaire très sympathique ! nous reviendrons ! Sophie L

Beautiful house with a lot of charm

We were privileged to spend a week in this beautiful and very charming house. It has a good size garden, perfect for our kids to run around. The terrace is really big with a large dining table and invites for lovely breakfasts/lunches dinners. All furniture has been chosen with much care, every piece very individual and charming. The house is stylish and cosy at the same time, lots of beautiful art pieces as well. The live-in kitchen is well equipped and there is an extra kitchen in the back. Very spacious place. We will certainly come back! Thanks so much for having us, Catherine.

Why they chose this property

In the village of Guethary just above the charming bay of Cenitz, a contemporary house with the view on the ocean. Guethary is a gem of the cote basque , last genuine fishermen’s village, it is also a world class surf spot. Once at the villa, almost everything is reachable by foot : cute protected beach to swim rafely with kids, less than 100 m away, rocky points to surf, great restaurants with amazing ocean view (Le Madrid, l’heteroclito, midway to the beach with breathtaking suspended terrasse above the ocean, great iberico ham and wines, « Harotzen Costa », refined cuisine right by the water. Costaldea for its Tapas.) The house has a big living room 60M2 where you can cook in a very modern kitchen while enjoying the view on the ocean. The three bedromms with their own private terrasse and bathroom are well separated, so yon don’t hear eachother. A big terrasse where you can eat, and relax and organise party.
