House situated in the beautiful village of Corsica Nonza. Our house is real big with seven bedrooms, ideal holiday for families or friends. Old house more than two centuries. Very nice view of the sea, the Gulf Agriates, Saint Florent, Corsican mountains. For a more complete description, go to the owner website. D'anciennes photos montrent une demeure entretenue, ce n'est plus le cas: literie fatiguée, oreillers jaunis. placards de cuisine repoussants, écoulement des douches insuffisant. mention de parking sans précision "extérieur et éloigné" accès au 4° jour( absence du badge), les "ruelles" du village mentionnées ne sont que dédale, escaliers, la demeure est très éloignée. fortement déconseillé . Sinon: beau village et habitants sympathiques.

L’accueil de Florence le jour de notre arrivée, l’emplacement de la maison que l’on découvre au bout du village après un dédale de ruelles, les vues formidables et le village de Nonza au charme absolu. La descente jusqu’à la plage une vriae et belle balade.

Une superbe vue mais ...

Beau séjour avec terrasse et vue sur la mer. On choisit le coin repas à l'intérieur ou extérieur selon la position du soleil et la température ; très appréciable. Grande terrasse au premier niveau avec 2 chambres et vue magnifique sur la mer. Les chambres du dernier étage sont un ton en dessous et il y fait chaud en été car directement sous le toit mal isolé. A notre arrivée, le ménage n'était pas top. Notamment pour une partie de la vaisselle que nous avons du relaver avant de nous en servir. Nous avons trouvé dommageable de ne pas trouver d'info sur le site Abritel concernant l'accès à la maison. Celle ci se trouve à environ 250m de la route et n'est accessible que par voie piétonnière et 93 marches à franchir avec les valises. On imagine aisément la difficulté que ça représente pour des personnes âgées ou simplement fatiguées. Ceci dit, nous (7 amis d'environ 60 ans) n'avons pas regretté notre choix et avons apprécié le calme et la superbe vue ainsi que le charme de Nonza.

Les pieds ( presque ) dans l'eau!

Très bien située dans la partie calme du village classé de Nonza, cette grande maison ancienne et personnalisée, accrochée au rocher, permet un regard permanent sur la mer grâce à 2 terrasses, dont l'une fabuleuse, et un grand salon/salle à manger. Les chambres sont spacieuses également. Les enfants y trouvent des jeux et les adultes des livres. Calme assuré entre chants d'oiseaux, bruit des vagues et couchers de soleil. Attention, contrairement à ce que dit le site, le linge n'est pas fourni, mais il est possible d'en demander la location, pas très chère. Beaucoup d'escaliers à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, charmants, mais il vaut mieux le savoir. MClaire

Que du bonheur

Très belle maison idéalement perchée au dessus de la mer. Confortable, correctement équipée. Une très confortable terrasse (avec barbecue) et une grande salle à manger. Pratique pour les groupes. Nonza est un beau village où nous pouvons nous approvisionner de produits locaux et Saint Florent n'est pas loin pour les courses plus importantes. Les habitants de Nonza nois ont paru bien sympathiques, accueillants. Location à recommander sans aucun souci!! RAS pour la description localisation et situation - Location propre - RAS pour les conseils - Recommandation: Déjà répondu - Nous sommes un groupe de motards et nos principales activités sont les balades et la visite de la Corse.

La plus grande terrasse de Nonza! Tres grande maison, simple mais spacieuse et les différents niveaux sont très agréables. Ideal pour séjour avec plein d'enfants et d'amis! Vue splendide sur la mer.
