bien placé et en accord avec l'annonce mais ATTENTION

Il faut savoir que le propriétaire ne fournit pas de certificat d'hébergement, ce qui est problématique pour le visa. Il faut magouiller avant même d'y être... Sinon quelques cafards dans l'appartement..normal pour Alger.

Nice location.

We loved the location. But the water situation was not the best. You only have running water from 6am-1pm and there is no catchment tank, like other places. The bed was very good. Couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work. We had a refrigerator and a microwave. So that was great. The place is nice. The bedroom walls need some help, looks like a water leak, but, it's a old building, so that didn't bother me. Over all, I'd stay again, just for the location and view

L’appartement est très propre , fonctionnelle, vue imprenable sur la baie d'Alger et son Port. L’emplacement idéal , près de la grande avenue Didouche Mourad et de la grande Poste, vous ne serez pas déçue . Rahim a été formidable, bienveillant envers nous , très arrangeant sur les horaires d’arrivees et de sorties , indépendant de notre volonté , et on s’excuse encore ... je vous remercie pour nous avoir permis de passer un séjour sur Alger dans La sérénité . l'appartement situé au 5 ème étage est trés agréable et très bien situé en plein centre d'Alger.

En dehors du confort de l'appartement et de sa très bonne situation il est très, très dommage d'avoir un ascenseur qui marchait 1 fois sur 10 pour un appartement situé au 5 ème étage ( sur place on nous consolait en nous disant " c'est l'Algérie ! " mais quand on a les bras chargé c'est un peu dur ... La ville d'Alger nous a beaucoup plus.

Très bon séjour retour aux sources

Très bon accueil aussi bien sur place qu'avec le propriétaire très disponible par tél ou par mail pour tous renseignements complémentaires. Appartement agréable avec une belle vue sur le port et le front de mer. En effet, situation géographique au centre d'Alger idéale, avec station de taxi proche ainsi qu'une boutique informatique et poste ordinateur tout à côté encore plus pratique. La période du Ramadan n'a pas été un problème pour les différentes visites sur Alger et les environs ainsi que pour l'approvisionnement. Manque de chance pour la clim en panne, mais la fraîcheur de l'air de la mer a été suffisante. Hospitalité et réception des Algérois avec 99 % de satisfaction et de plaisir.

Fab location but not clean!

First of all, let me say that overall, once we got past the fact that the flat was grim in cleanliness terms, we actually had a good stay here. The flat is very large and light and in a great location with many shops, restaurants and the railway station right outside. However, when we first arrived we were most upset to find that the place had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time and certainly not to a decent standard by any stretch of the imagination. There was dust on everything, the bed sheets were dirty and stained and I don't think one of the beds in the second bedroom had been used/cleaned for years it was so disgusting. Before we could sleep we had to change all the bedclothes which is not what you need when arriving late in the evening and there are also very thin curtains in both rooms which is pointless - blackout blinds/curtains would be much better. The kitchen was again unacceptable with a filthy microwave full of crumbs and food stains. The cutlery tray was disgusting & I had to wash all the cutlery & crockery before use but not before borrowing a washing up bowl from our family as there isn't one & also no sink plug, which maybe explains why everything is so dirty! The bathroom was OK in that it had a large working shower with hot water and a reasonable sink with plenty of space to put toiletries etc. But, it smelt really bad & there was rubbish in the bin & things like a razor, toothbrush, random medicine etc. left on the shelves which, quite frankly, I can't see anyone in their right mind wanting to use, and again, it all needed a good clean. The photos are also misleading as they show things that are just not true. The sofa is not at all like the picture, being a grey three piece suite with a broken arm at one end & dubious marks & stains on the covers. There is no plant in the lounge area and also no DVD player which was most annoying as we had brought some DVDs to watch whilst we were there. The balcony - well, don't even go there! - and I really mean that! The lift is amazing! It only goes up and to get back down again you have to go to the bottom floor and call it! Yes really! To describe it as a deathtrap is being too kind... OK, so here's what we have in summary. A large flat in a great location with comfy beds, a nice bright lounge & a decent toilet. With some blinds in the bedrooms that actually cut out the light, a DVD player, washing up bowl, air freshener & a damn good clean it could be a really lovely flat

Bonjour Sarah, Je vous remercie pour cette longue et complète appréciation. Je suis vraiment désolé que vous ayez trouvé l'appartement pas assez propre. Il arrive parfois (mais pas souvent) que les occupants précédents ne fassent pas le ménage correctement. C'est sûrement parce que je ne pénalise pas et ne fais pas non plus payer le ménage. J'ai toujours privilégié la confiance. Je vais demandé à ce que des contrôles plus poussés soient effectués après chaque départ. L'ascenseur est une belle pièce de collection !! Il sert effectivement à monter plutôt qu'à descendre les 5 étages. Je suis tout de même très content que l'appartement et le quartier vous ont plu. J'espère vous accueillir à nouveau. Farid Djoumer.

super sejour mais pas grace homelidays imquappable de trouver le proprietaire je me suis retrouvez a alger avec 2 enfants je me suis debrouiller seul et au bout de plusieurs heures j'ai fini part trouver et Mr rahim etais a l'appartement personne tres sympa en tous cas je ne paaserai plus par homelidays les personnes au telephone imcapable de vous repondre le top carrement un contact homelidays ma dit que cela ne les concernait pas que je devait me debrouillé .

Appartement parfaitement situé et au calme ! Très propre et bien équipé, WIFI et Chaines TV Internationales ! L’ascenseur fut le bienvenu pour monter les bagages au 5ème étage. Juste un bémol pour la chambre enfants, il faudrait songer à mettre un rideau occultant ou des volets car il n'y a rien pour cacher les rayons de soleil du matin ou pour la sieste des petits l'après-midi ! Nous reviendrons jnch allah !

Diese Wohnung ist durch ihre hervorragende Lage bestens geeignet, sich in Algier zu bewegen. Metro, Bus und Taxi sind quasi vor der Tür. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht es zudem, viel zu Fuß zu unternehmen. Es sind viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen ist wunderbar, auch wenn vor dem Hafen der Bahnhof gelegen ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet eine Menge Raum um sich zu bewegen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen funktionierenden Internetanschluss. Home is where your Wifi connects automatically.

Je réserve toujours chez M . DJOUMER et j apprecie tellement que c est agréable il ne manque rien tout est à disposition et le fameux Rahim la sympathie, la disponibilité, l ' accueil avec un grand sourire vous l appelé il est là. Tout ce que je peux dire c est que je passe d agréable vacances dans cette appartement comme si j étais chez moi on manque de rien en équipement on a même la WIFI super avec un grand S . Merci à M. Tolle Erfahrung beim ersten Besuch in Algerien !!!

Alles im Allem eine sehr sehr positive Erfahrung bei meinem ersten Besuch in Algerien. Der Kontakt vor Ort (Rahim) war sehr nett und absolut hilfreich bei allen Fragen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Aufenthalt in Algiers braucht ausgestattet.... Alles war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung des Apartments lies nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof mag Anfangs etwas störend sein, aber auch daran gewöhnt man sich wirklich schnell. Sicher wird bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt dieses Appartment wieder eine Option sein. appartement au 5ème étage

l'appartement est très bien et le wifi marchait aussi. je sais pas à propos du climatiseur parce que c'était l'hiver. le seul problème cest les escaliers. il fait monter 5 étages par jour. pour les vieux ca peut etre un problèms. On nous à dit que un assenceur va etre installé. Rahim est très sympa.apart ça, cest bien.

Appartement très bien sit...

Appartement très bien situé à Alger. Il est conforme à la description faite. Le seul bémol concerne le canapé du salon qui commence à manquer de confort ...mais pour un séjour d'une semaine c'est très bien. Le propriétaire est parfaitement à l'écoute des locataires et Rahim sur place est très accueillant. Nous y retournerons probablement.
