Villa Mirta oversees Campulongu, a beautiful long beach with fine white sand and typical Mediterranean vegetation. A soft sandy seabed slopes down smoothly as you enter the sea creating a large natural Caribbean-like bay. It almost resembles a natural swimming pool, perfect for young children.

Villa Mirta is completely surrounded by a delicate Mediterranean private garden that connects the villa to the beach. From the ample terrace (called “lolla” in Sardinian dialect) you can admire the gulf and surely enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets of your life! Following dinner you can stay in the terrace reading a book and listening to the sound of gentle waves. The garden guarantees silence, relaxation and privacy. It also has a very practical open air shower.

Älter Villa direkt am Traum Strand

Wir waren drei Wochen in der liebevoll eingerichtet Villa direkt am einen der Traumstände. Die Villa ist älter Bauart und keine moderne Version sondern Uhrig und Markant, mit vielen Details eingerichtet und eigenen Charme. Dies ist an der ganze Einrichtung zu merken auch an der Küche, allerdings gibt es eine neue Spül- und Waschmaschine. Die nette Vermieterin wohnt auf den gleich Grundstück direkt neben an und kümmert sich um den Garten und hilft bei Problemen, spricht allerdings nur italienisch und französisch. Das Schlafzimmer mit doppelt Bett ist sehr klein und haben wir nicht benutzt, das Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bad befindet sich unten in der Villa und ist mit den anderen Räumen nicht verbunden. Der Strand vor der Tür ist ideal für Kinder auch für Nichtschwimmer. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Gart ist sehr schön und hat eine Hängematte, am Meer ist ein Schattenplatz allerdings fehlten liegen wir haben spontan welche gekauft und bei der Abreise am Haus belassen. Older villa directly on the dream beach We was three weeks villa in the lovingly furnished directly on one of the dream stands. The villa is older design and not a modern version but distinctive, decorated with lots of details and unique charm. The kitchen has a new dishwasher and Outside a new washing machine. The nice landlady lives on the same grounds next to and taking care of the garden and solves many issues, however, only speaks Italian and French. The bedroom with double bed is very small and we did not use, the master bedroom with private bathroom is located downstairs in the villa and is not connected to the other rooms. The beach out front is ideal for children and non-swimmers. The nearest large supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. The Gart is very nice and has a hammock by the sea is a place in the shade were missing are we spontaneously bought what and left on departure at the house.

Fabulous Villasimius Villa

This was a wonderful place for a family holiday (2 adults and 4 year old child). The villa is very peaceful, set in pine trees. Very nicely furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday - the shady terrace was a great place to spend the hottest time of day while the living area was also light and airy. The design of the villa ensures that it stays cool (and shutters mean that you can keep it dark for daytime naps). Walking down the garden for a morning (or evening) swim was a real treat - no beach at the bottom of the garden which for us was a plus as it meant that this was a very empty area for swimming / enjoying the water (you could walk to the nearest sandy beach - wading through knee / waist deep water - in 5 minutes or less). The seabed sloped gently and was very sandy (with just a few rocks); add the extremely clear and mostly calm water and it was great for our daughter to spend a lot of time gaining confidence in her swimming. Depending on the direction of the wind, a beach with calm water was available within 5 minute drive. Villasimius was well equipped with facililities - great fruit and veg stalls, rosticceria, butcher, fish mongers, fresh pasta shop etc. and parking was easy. Lots of holiday makers but it also felt like a proper town with a good number of local inhabitants. We also had many superb gelati. We are hoping to make a return trip to Villa Mirta in the future. Very friendly and easy communication, and great welcome when we arrived.

Superbe Pause au soleil sarde

"Super séjour au bord d une plage merveilleuse conforme aux photos Une semaine d été au mois d octobre avec des propriétaires charmants! La maison est vraiment très agréable, au calme, avec vue sur la mer et très proche de villasimius. Les sardes sont très accueillants. Location idéale avec des enfants car la plage est dans une Anse protégée donc très calme et peu profonde au bord. À recommander. "
