A fabulous location, only a few minutes walk to the harbour where you can take boat trips to several different islands. Also within easy walking distance of local restaurants. Lots of lovely local beaches a short cycle ride away. Suscinio Castle a short drive away and well worth a day out.

Just one week

Veronique Viallet is a very cordial, nice and uncomplicated host and we look forward to coming again maybe next year. Thé house is perfectly located with shops, beaches and restaurants nearby. It is well equipped, well suited for four grown-ups and the closed little front garden was perfect for thé dog. We definitely recommend the house and its landlady. Thank you very much, Veronique!

Nous avons passé 3 très bonnes semaines chez Véronique.Maison bien adaptée à notre famille (4 personnes) ainsi qu'à notre Labrador.Tout est à proximité et surtout une petite plage à 200 mètres.Je recommande à 100%.Merci également à Carole car la maison était propre.

Dans un 1er temps la situation géographique était bien mais pour les équipements de la maison il y faut préciser dans l'annonce que la "télé" se résume à un écran d'ordinateur dans un coin du salon avec un décodeur pour lequel nous n'avons pas d'information, à l'étage et dans les 2 chambres les lits sont au ras du sol, draps et serviettes non fourni! Cette maison est prévu pour 6 personnes et la table plastique et très fragile de la terrasse n'a que 4 chaises, le ménage est en plus. il y a deux escaliers pour aller dans les chambre dont un en colimaçon qui ne peut être monté que par des jeunes mais surtout pas par des personnes d'un certain âge.Il faut revoir impérativement le descriptif de cette maison de plus garer le voiture dans la cour de la maison est impossible et dans la rue les places sont rares. est ce que cela vous convient et assai lisse ?

Monsieur, Je regrette que vous ne m ayez pas contactée personnellement pour régler certains manques,. En effet cette maison est moins adaptéé pour des personnes qui ont du mal dans l'escalier en colimacon. Les draps et le ménage n 'ont jamais été compris. (Compte tenu du prix de location qui est très en dessous de ce qui est demandé ailleurs.) J 'espère néanmoins que vous avez passé un bon séjour . Avec mes respectueux sentiments. VViallet

Die Räume und die ganze Ausstattung des Hauses, das im übrigen viel größer ist, als die Hausfront vermuten ließe, sind mit großer Liebe zum Detail und gutem Geschmack gestaltet. Ausstattung sehr gut (Wasch- und Spülmaschine). Da wir auch den Garten nutzen und Äpfel ernten durften, war der Aufenthalt im Freien eine sehr schöne Option. Véronique war sehr hilfreich und unterstützend bei kleineren Problemen des (Ferien-) Alltags. Hafen und (überbordender) Wochenmarkt nur wenige 100 m vom Haus entfernt. Lage nicht nur sehr ruhig, sondern prima geeignet für Ausflüge und Ausfahrten in die Bretagne. - Ein herrlicher Urlaubsort!

Merci pour la précision. Voici une version complète, toujours positive mais incluant avec diplomatie les deux éléments : les nouveaux locataires arrivés trop tôt et le Wi-Fi défaillant.---La location est idéalement située, à seulement 5 minutes à pied d’une belle plage où l’on peut admirer de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Le jardin clos a été parfait pour notre chien. Malgré un petit malentendu sur les dates de réservation, qui a conduit à l’arrivée un peu anticipée des vacanciers suivants, et un Wi-Fi capricieux pendant le séjour, nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cette maison bien située.

Merveilleux séjour

L emplacement de la maison est idéal proche de la mer, le marché et les commerces tout peut se faire à pied. Bonne literie, belle décoration (nous avons apprécié les bouquets d hortensias du jardin) et le calme pour passer de bonnes nuits. La gentillesse des échanges avec la propriétaire et la dame qui prend le relais en son absence.

Un beau port d'atrache pour aller randonner

Nous avions comme projet de marcher tous les jours , et nous retrouver entre amis. Au mois de mai. Il vaut mieux ne pas etre plus que 4. En termes d'équipements de cuisine, et de confort de couchage Un couple peut bénéficier d'une grande suite, avec salle d'eau wc dressing très confortable, pour l'autre une petite chambre, avec juste une baignoire et un lavabo adjacents. ,à l'étage ( acces délicat pae escalier en colimaçon) Stationnement très délicat dans la cour, surtout si deux voitures ; plus aucun esoace. Nous avons été très bien reçus par une dame déléguée lar les propriétaires, qui s'est montrée comme eux, très disponible. En l'absence d'occupants à la mauson arrière, avons apprécié l'ombrage du jardin

Altes Haus in toller Lage mit viel Platz

Das Haus besteht aus einem alten Haupthaus mit Anbau. Es liegt versetzt und geschützt an der Hauptstraße zum Port Navalo. Der Garten mit Obstbäumen ist riesig und wird mit einem anderem Haus geteilt. Innen ist die Raumaufteilung durch den Anbau unübersichtlich. Zudem besteht ein Zugang über eine Wendeltreppe in den oberen Schlafbereich deren Bad kein WC hat. Die Heizung läuft via Strom funktioniert aber gut und wird pauschal berechnet. Zudem kann der Kamin betrieben werden, der den schnell auskuhlenden Hauptraum (es ist halt ein altes Steinhaus) beheizen kann. Die Küche ist für mehr als 4 Personen zu klein, aber funktionstüchtig. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war stets klasse. Insgesamt ein schöner Ort, zu dem wir gerne wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette maison lumineuse, agréable à vivre et à deux pas de la mer. La propriétaire a été adorable, très prévenante, toujours disponible et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous
