Great spacious apartment

We had a great weeks stay at Marco's apartment, the apartment is spacious with 2 very large balconies, so that you always have a choice of sun and shade. Marco was an extremely welcoming and generous host, nothing was too much trouble for him. The apartment is well located for local shops, beaches (which are beautiful) and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love return and would thoroughly recommend.

Bella vacanza

Casa grande, funzionale e ben pulita. Meglio dal vivo che in foto. Ideale per raggiungere, in auto, le più belle spiagge della riserva naturale e i centri turistici come Noto, Siracusa, Marzanemi ed altri.

Posizione comoda a metà strada tra centro e mare, parcheggio libero sotto casa. Esterni molto curati, pulizia impeccabile, lavatrice e condizionatori nell’ingresso. Regalino di benvenuto. Quattro stelle e non 5 solo per il mobilio e assenza lavastoviglie.

Scarsa attenzione al cliente, scarsa comunicazione, assenza di accoglienza e calore tipico dei Siciliani, neanche una bottiglia d'acqua fresca all'arrivo, lenzuola federe e asciugamani a pagamento!!! C'è di meglio

Excellent séjour de 2 semaines

Nous avons énormément apprécié l'appartement qui est pleinement fonctionnel et très bien placé au proche des activités. Nous étions 9 personnes et l'appartement est suffisamment spacieux. Le propriétaire, Marco, est toujours disponible et avenant. Je recommande la location pour une découverte du Sud-Est de la Sicile.

A wonderful place to stay!

The apartment is situated in a quiet, well maintained street only 500 metres from the sea in Avola, set among palm trees and beautiful gardens. Despite being there during the coronavirus lockdown we were able to enjoy the surroundings from the two large balconies, one facing east for the morning sun and one facing west for the afternoon and evening. Avola itself is a lovely little town with many supermarkets, and fresh fruit and vegetable stalls and bakeries within walking distance. We were not able to appreciate it to its full extent but we would love to return there in more settled times. Thank you Marco.

Semplicemente eccellente

Il soggiorno è stato veramente piacevole, il padrone di casa attento e disponibile... La casa è posizionata in tranquilla zona residenziale ed il parcheggio sotto casa è sempre disponibile, l’appartamento è enorme, pulito e dotato di tutto ciò che serve... addirittura abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo ombrelloni e seggioline per la spiaggia a disposizione!! La posizione è ottima sia per godere delle spiagge vicine raggiungibili a piedi che come punto di partenza per visitare le bellissime spiagge in zona oltre che le stupende città vicine. In sostanza l’esperienza è stata veramente stupenda e soddisfacente sotto tutti i punti di vista. Grazie ancora a Marco per tutto!

L'appartamento rispecchia perfettamente le caratteristiche descritte nell'annuncio, la posizione è comoda per muoversi nelle diverse località vicine (Noto Siracusa Vendicari ecc ecc ) inoltre la spiaggia libera di Avola è molto curata. I suggerimenti del proprietario sono stati preziosi. Suggerisco questa sistemazione a famiglie numerose o come nel ns. caso a due famiglie. anche se l'appartamento è unico i due bagni e la grande metratura della casa permette a tutti di avere i propri spazi ( in abbondanza ). Ringrazio ancora Marco per la sua gentilezza e ospitalità Se dovessi tornare in questa zona certamente saprei dove alloggiare. GRAZIE

Tolle Ferienwohnung für Familien

Diese Wohnung war sehr schön, vor allem sehr geräumig und es war alles in der Küche vorhanden. Gut gefallen haben uns auch die Balkone auf der Ost-und Westseite, hier gab es gute Möglichkeiten zum Wäschetrocknen. Des weiteren auch das mit den 2 Bädern war sehr gut, da wir 2 Familien waren. Wir würden jederzeit sehr gerne wieder kommen. Denn auch der Weg zum Strand oder auch im die Stadt ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

trés bon séjour à Avola

les plus très grand appartement la terrasse fait tout le tour , bien situé proche de la mer et du centre de Avola correspond bien à la description de l'annonce .le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible pas de soucis en cas de problème il répond et agit rapidement quartier propre les moins la climatisation il faut vider l'eau des condensats jusqu'à 2 fois par jours en cas de forte chaleur une climatisation dans chaque chambres serait bienvenue à la place des ventilateurs mais bon pour le prix il ne faut pas non plus être trop exigeant en résumé excellent séjour si nous devons retourner à Avola nous relouerons cet appartement salutations à Marco

Ampio appartamento, ideale per una famiglia

Consiglierei con piacere questo appartamento ai miei parenti o amici. We stayed a week in March, and this apartment suited our family of six for that time. The apartment is really a 2-bedroom with beds put into the living room to make it a third bedroom. As such, there is no living room. The only places designed for people to sit are the kitchen and balconies. There is a sofa-bed in the kitchen, but there is just barely enough space to open it and it is unsuitable for sleeping, so everyone really needs to fit into the 7 single beds -- six of them being strapped together to appear as a queen-sized bed but with a crack in the middle. Balcony furniture is plastic. The kitchen is nice, but lacks shelves and counter space. If you eat out, no problem. If you want to cook there, it's a bit difficult. There are two bathrooms, which is great for a lot of people, although one had a poor and tiny shower so we just used the larger shower that worked better. The water is solar heated so you need to wait until 11am or so to take a warm shower. The laundry machine looks new, a very nice unit. We rented three houses during our time in Sicilia and this had the best laundry machine. The one negative was that I had to spend ~40 euros the first day on hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. as these essentials were not provided as they were in another house we rented. Some rentals are like hotels that give you everything you need, but this one is not quite so. Fortunately, there are three big grocery stores (5 minutes by car, 20 minutes walking) that are open 8am-9pm every day so it is easy to get what you need. The landlord was a very kind family man who lives downstairs. Any problems he quickly took care of while we were out (with permission) and he answered all our questions. He spoke some English, which was helpful. You should speak some Italian to really enjoy Sicilia (and Italia in general). Plenty of restaurants and gelaterias are in walking distance, as well as a couple of parks for small children. There are two panini wagons on the way towards the town centre that make great sandwiches until midnight. The beach is very close, but in March it was a bit cold even for Canadians (but we went swimming anyway). People in this part of Sicilia are so friendly. We had no idea how much we would enjoy our time there. We highly recommend this area as well as this apartment for a very enjoyable holiday.

Wonderful holidays in "house with character"

The apartment is very good and large and everything is such on the photos. There are everything that you need. It is located between (in 10 minutes) the sea and the centre of Avola on a quiet nice street. There are 3 big supermarkets (LIDL, Conad, Eurospin) near house in 5 min by car or 20 minutes by foot. The owner is very carefull and helpful human. Thank you very much for everything, Marco!!!

L'appartamento corrispond...

L'appartamento corrisponde perfettamente all'annuncio di Homelidays. Si trova in buona posizione, è ben attrezzato (condizionatore, lavatrice, wi-fi...), è spazioso ed ha una bella veranda su cui si può pranzare, cenare, fare colazione comodamente. Davanti all'ingresso di casa è possibile parcheggiare tranquillamente l'auto. Il proprietario Sig. C. è una persona gentile, accogliente e seria nel definire tutti i termini del contratto di soggiorno. "Il proprietario e'' molto simpatico e disponibile. L'' appartamento e'' grande, bellissimo con ottimi letti. A pochi passi trovi il mare ed il centro della citta'' . E'' un bel punto di partenza per visitare Noto, Siracusa, Catania, Ragusa, ecc. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo soggiorno di 3 settimane in questo appartamento."
