Nice Apartment and perfect location to explore the South East by car

We had a great time at Casa Clementina. Nice owners and out son loved the dog and the cats and the Football Court. The Pool was not open yet but the house has a big terrace. We will come back for sure!

Good parking, heat didn't work well, wi-fi was very weak to nonexistent, had issues with hot water but was fixed after reporting, coffee machines didn't work properly, oven glass exploded however host was kind enough to get us a take away pizza as compensation. Property wasn't as pretty or tidy as the photos indicated but is quite close to town for restaurants and groceries. Good value for what we paid.

Very pleasant stay

We had a very relaxed stay at Giuseppe's house - which is embedded in a beautiful private property with palm trees and lawn. It is located near the town Floridia, which is perfect since you can go without traffic jam on the highway and explore the beaches & towns around with a drive of 20-30min (e.g. Noto town, Noto beach). The house (Casa Arancia) was pretty well in shape and as described on the pictures. The pool was closed from the 1st week of October, which we knew before we arrived. We really enjoyed staying there for 1 week and would be happy to come back next year!

Très jolie propriété composée d’une grande villa du propriétaire et de deux maisons de location Les espaces verts sont très bien entretenus, la piscine est grande et agréable avec beaucoup de transats L’intérieur de la maison clémentine est très propre et bien entretenue Petite subtilité : il n’y a qu’une climatisation installée dans le couloir pour les 2 chambres ce qui oblige à laisser les portes ouvertes des 2 piecesLa maison est tres bien située pour faire des visites vers Siracusa et autres régions Petit centre ville très mignon Le propriétaire est très réactif pour répondre aux demandes ou questions

Hemos pasado 3 dias estupendos en casa Clementina. La casa no es lujosa , mas bie. Simple y con poco menaje , pero todo muy limpio, y comodo y un plus importante : aire acondicionado ! Giuseppe no has acogido muy bien , el checkin / checkout muy facil y comodo . Y lo mejor de todo la magnifica piscina , con sus tumbonas y sombrillas para descansar delas visitas y del calor ! Un acierto, recomandable 100%

Wunderbare Unterkunft im Süden Siziliens

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im November auf Sizilien in Giuseppe's Unterkunft, welche am Ortsrand von Floridia gelegen ist und ein guter Ausgabgspunkt, um den Süden der Insel zu erkunden. Unsere Ferienwohnung war modern eingerichtet und hatte eine mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattete Wohnküche, 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Den zur Anlage gehörenden Pool haben wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht genutzt. Die Anlage ist parkähnlich angelegt und hat sogar einen Tennisplatz. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und einfach erreichbar.
