Very quiet apartment, with lots of charm and all you need to live well nearby.
It will be the starting point for your walks to discover Albi (20 minutes - classified UNESCO heritage), bastions Albigensian and other beauties of the Tarn: Cordes sur Ciel, "favorite village of the French 2014" - Castelnau de Montmiral, Puycelsi, Penne, Monestiès ... but also Toulouse, the viaduct of Millau ...
Back from your walks, you can rest comfortably in this contemporary style apartment or sit on the terrace of a bistro on our superb central square.

Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are optional, charged in addition to the rent (20 euros per bed prepared - 8 euros per person for bathroom linen - 60 euros for final cleaning)
In the winter period (November 1st - April 30th) the electricity is in addition to the rent (on real meter reading).
a tourist tax is collected: 1.10 euros per adult per night.

Pour qui aime le calme, pour pouvoir apprécier les commerces à pied et visiter Gaillac, ce logement est parfait. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire, charmante. Ce séjour fut notre premier à Gaillac et nous espérons y revenir pour apprécier cette belle région. Nous recommandons le restaurant Chez Germaine et le Jardin des Lys à Puycelsi (magnifique village).

Really enjoyed our stay in this modern apartment 5 minutes walk from centre of Gaillac. Safe garage parking in basement for 2 cars. Apartment tiled throughout and beautifully furnished with all the essentials. Chantal was really welcoming. Good restaurant around the corner. Plenty of places to visit (Cordes, Albi, Chateau du Cayla, Chateau Montmiral, Lisle-sur-Tarn).

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement moderne à 5 minutes à pied du centre de Gaillac. Garage sécurisé au sous-sol pour 2 voitures. Appartement carrelée et joliment meublé avec tous les éléments essentiels. Chantal était vraiment accueillante. Bon restaurant au coin de la rue. Beaucoup de lieux à visiter (Cordes, Albi, Château du Cayla, Château Montmiral, Lisle-sur-Tarn).

L'appartement est très propre, spacieux et climatisé un vrai bonheur lors des fortes chaleurs de l'été. Il est idéalement placé pour rayonner dans la région à la découverte du vignoble, des bastides et des habitants très accueillants dans la région. Appartement très bien équipé et bien entretenu.Situation idéale :calme et à proximité de commerces.Nous le recommanderions vivement. Il faudrait seulement un plan d'accès. Le restaurant "chez Germaine" à 2 pas , dans un cadre sympathique nous a fait passer une excellente soirée. Chantal nous a accueilli chaleureusement avec des produits locaux dont le merveilleux vin de GAILHAC !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour (trop court)dans ce superbe appartement décoré avec goût et très bien entretenu. L'appartement est idéalement bien situé en ville à proximité de tous commerces ce qui est fort appréciable. Stunning modern apt, walk to town, delightful proprietor

Chantal, the owner, is a generous, welcoming host. Every room of the spacious apartment is artfully decorated, with high-quality furnishings and decor. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dining. We loved the location -- on a quiet street but just a short walk to Gaillac center. If we return to Gaillac, we would like to stay in Chantal's gorgeous apartment again.

Confort, espace et calme sont les mots clefs de cette évaluation.

Appartement situé très proche du centre de Gaillac et pourtant extrêmement calme par sa situation au centre d'un îlot de bâtiments. Facile d'accès avec le luxe d'un emplacement de garage couvert. L'appartement est de plus extrêmement confortable, complètement équipé et vaste. Excellent petit restaurant typique tout près (Chez Germaine) a recommander vivement. Café-terrasses sur la grand place à quelques minutes. Ce n'est pas l'appartement idéal pour profiter du soleil de par sa situation mais c'est aussi une garantie de fraîcheur en été. Nous étions à Gaillac pour une semaine de travail et le calme de l'immeuble a été particulièrement apprécié dans ce contexte. A l'arrivée, nous avions un avion fort tardif sur Toulouse et la très sympathique propriétaire a accepté de nous attendre jusque minuit trente pour nous accueillir. A recommander vivement.

Situé à quelques minutes du centre de Gaillac un appartement vraiment fonctionnel et agréable; de plus on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin comme chez soi. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, moderne et bien décoré. Idéale pour une famille de 2 ou 3 enfants. Il est au rez de chaussée mais est lumineux avec ses multiples fenêtres, et il reste frais ce qui est agréable en été. On peut faire le centre ville à pieds ce qui est pratique pour ce faire un resto sur la place centrale. la propriétaire est accueillante et flexible. Vous ne serez pas déçu
