The Villa is located in a privileged position above the town of San Severino Marche, surrounded by the beautiful hilly scenery typical of Le Marche Apennines, a destination for tourism in search of nature trails, relaxation, art, food and wine excellences and good quality /price.
The structure is in an ideal position to easily reach the natural and artistic beauties of the Macerata area.
For lovers of walking, deserve attention the Caves of S. Eustachio, located in an uncontaminated and evocative natural environment, the ancient abbey, situated near the Caves themselves and partly excavated in the rock, can be reached through a pedestrian path that leaves from the city of San Severino Marche in correspondence of the "bridge of S. Antonio" (we recommend an appropriate clothing depending on the season).
The archaeological museum and the municipal art gallery are also of high historical and cultural interest.
The whole city is equipped with receptive solutions (restaurants, bars, etc.) with excellent quality standards.

House with a wonderfull view

The house was very nice, bigger than we expected. The house was clean and wellequiped. The beds were rather noisy and not the most comfortably. The pool (the size) and its surroundings could have been of better quality so that it would match the house. The house has a wonderfull view and there is a lot to see in the area. We had a perfect host who was very helpfull a perfect guide in the city We thank you so much, Cristina. We can recommend the house for any family.

A gem in the heart of authentic italy

Pictures do not do justice to this beautiful villa. The rooms are clean and spacious. There are plenty of dining options with 2 indoor dining areas and 2 outdoor dining areas. The bathrooms are updated and provide plenty of hot water for at least 6 people taking showers. The grounds and pool are beautiful and are maintained every morning discreetly. The large windows provide ample sunshine and mountain breezes. It was so peaceful waking up to the birds chirping and the church bells tolling in San Severino marche. The owners leave you alone but are available if needed. The property manager, cristina, is always available to help out and was very helpful in arranging tours, cooking classes (absolutely worth every penny!!) and great hints on where to get things in general. Only downsides (small ones) are; the internet. they use an extender router which only reaches room the router is in. limited amount of use as well (20gb per month) No dryer BUT the clothes line is outside ready to use. No kettle for boiling water. Very small things but to some people that might be important. I would, and have recommended this property to EVERYONE! If you want a base in the heart of real Italy, then this is the place. Recommendations, Osteria Juno Pizzeria. Luca, the owner will take care of you like family. best service and food in the area. Coccinella Pizzeria makes amazing pizzas and pita sandwiches. the superstore and coop are a block apart for groceries. Just out of town the shanghai mercantile store, for any inexpensive things you forgot (ie tape, suitcase, paper, toiletries, party goods etc.)

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten. Wir waren zwei Familien mit zwei Hunden. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und die Hunde konnten freilaufen. Die Aussicht und die unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien sind sehr schön. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wonderful house and nice people!

A very nice, big and clean house, wellequipped. We would recommend it to anyone and any family. The only negative point is the (lack of) size of the swimming pool. It is abolutely too small and no match compared to the house. Everything else is fantastic. With a bigger swimming pool we would have given the full 5 stars! We do give the full 5 stars to the host Cristina (and also Emanuale!). We had a terrible start with a delayed flight, missed connection and therefore missed rental car, and also missed luggage (came 5 days later). Cristina and Emanuele did really everything to get us quickly back into a holiday mood (a.o. arranging a transport to the house, arranging a rental car and so on). If we would return in that area again we'll surely contact Cristina again!

Vista mozzafiato!

La proprieta' e' molto bella situata su una collina con vista sulla bella San Severino e le altre colline circostanti. La vista dal giardino anteriore e' eccezionale! Perfetta per leggere un libro o meditare in totale pace. La zona esterna e' ben curata e rilassante. Molto bello il fatto che ci siano terrazze attrezzate su ciascun lato della casa per cui e' possibile sfruttare al meglio le condizioni climatiche del giorno. L'interno della casa e' molto comodo, di buon gusto con tutto l'occorrente per il self catering. L'accoglienza e il supporto sia dell'agenzia che dei genitori del padrone di casa eccellenti. Le Marche una bellissima regione. La piscina e' in realta' piu' piccola di quanto non appaia in foto e forse la struttura circostante un po' da rinnovare ma i bambini della comitiva non ne hanno risentito affatto.

Merveilleuses vacances

Nous avons passés une merveilleuse semaine à San Severino. La maison correspond en tout point à l'annonce, et encore plus belle que sur les photos. Que ce soit des vacances en famille (nombreuse) ou entre amis, la maison est parfaitement adapté à recevoir plus de 10 personnes et les enfants. La propriété étant cloturé, la piscine sécurisé, les enfants peuvent s'amuser en toute sécurité. Un grand merci à Cristina pour son accueil.
