Beautiful Demeure In A Private Park, With A Pool, Great For Family Holidays

Welcome to Longchamps in the Loire Valley, at the heart of ?la douceur angevine?, for a stay to your pleasure.
Our aims: to maintain the family feel and spirit of Longchamps.
You will be received in the style of a true guest house, in the same manner we welcome our friends, in a relaxed friendly atmosphere while maintaining a high quality standard. Our guests, in Longchamps, feel ?at home? moving freely through the various areas, thoughtful of those around them.
According to your mood, you may choose, for a weekend, a week, or more, Divine Proportion (the suite), Prince Rose (room), the apartment (Sea Bird) or the gîte (Petit Longchamps).
Once comfortably settled, you can take off to discover some of the riches that have made the reputation of the Loire Valley.
Otherwise you can enjoy the park, picnic, swim in the pool, take a walk, ride a bike or a horse, particulary in the magnificent Vernantes forest, accessible by foot from Longchamps.

Fabulous family reunion spot

A great place to stay with lots of children! So much for them to do on site with lots of outside space. Great pool. Cooking & dining facilities fantastic. Although a lovely old house it felt comfortable to be in. Owners lovely but present. Would recommend for big groups wanting to spend time together

Huge property, great for large groups.

Lovely property and great swimming pool. Ideal for large family with kitchen and dining room able to cope very adequately. Excellent situation near Saumur. Point to note is that bedroom which sleeps six is effectively a corridor to further bedrooms. Overall an excellent holiday. Lovely owner!

Très agréable pour des vacances en famille avec de jeunes enfants. Intérieur et extérieur très spacieux, beau parc bien ombragé, grande piscine, nombreux jeux de toutes sortes…Hôte sympathique et accueillante.

L’Anjou et pas loin la Vendée sont de beaux écrins … puy du fou, cadre noir, musée des blindés, abbaye de Fontevraud, ville de Saumur … sont de vrais incontournables La végétation ici est variée et belleInès et Bertrand sont délicieux, des hôtes et des veilleurs discrets …. un ensemble qui est une belle offre : une maison qui a son âme, des pièces magnifiques qui respirent la transmission, des espaces de nuit en 3 îlots distincts et appréciables pour pouvoir respirer, des installations en bon état même si pourraient être améliorées … des espaces verts magnifiques et vastes, avec plusieurs espaces foot, chevaux, maison jeux enfants, zones délicieuses de dîners sous les arbres - c’est vrai que la météo était top …. et l’incontournable piscine très grande à profondeurs différentes. Bref un ensemble incarné que l’on quitte en ayant l’impression de laisser une partie de nous-mêmes Voilà voilà

Noël en saumurois.

Il s'agissait de passer en famille les fêtes de Noël. La vaste maison avait été fort bien décorée dans cet esprit, et la salle à manger avec cheminée s'est révélée idéale. En bémol, un problème de chauffage dans certaines chambres, réparé par la suite.

Très pratique pour les grandes reunions de famille - Maison à rénover.

Nous étions 14 adultes pour une réunion de famille. Points positifs: - La grande piscine est vraiment bien. - La literie est bonne - La maison est pratique pour des grandes tablées et ses 2 laves vaisselles. - la Communication facile avec les Propriétaires. La maison aurait tout de même besoin d’une bonne rénovation pour qu’on s’y sente totalement bien.

Super large swimming pool. Large sitting room, dining room and kitchen for families to play and eat together. Badminton, boule and table tennis In the garden. Outside tables for meals in the sun and shade. Lovely setting and charming owners.

John, Arlène et family are "magnifiques, charmants et agréables à vivre" people. The only "brave Britishs" to come to les Longchamps this summer 2020 nonobstant the virus... We were lucky to receive this gentleman and his lovely lady and their children and grand children. We hope, for the future, that all visitors will look like these top people ! belle demeure qui toutefois demande une rénovation intérieure. un réaménagement serait nécessaire pour rendre la maison plus agréable. l accueil des propriétaires est remarquable, accueillants et gentils. nous avons passé un très bon week end entre amis. belle région à visiter.

Une parenthèse enchantée

Réunion entre amis et famille le temps d’un week-end. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve aux Longchamps: déjeuner sous les arbres, parties de volley ball endiablés dans le parc, pétanque, baignade dans la très grande piscine fraîche (un salut par cette canicule!). Merci pour votre accueil, et d’avoir faciliter l’organisation de notre séjour, nous n’oublierons pas ce week-end idyllique!

Gute Gruppendynamik genossen

Wir sind mit 21 Personen der Voltige-Gruppe Beluga angereist. Da wir uns beim CVI Saumur beim voltigieren messen wollten. Es war sehr schön im haus, es gab nur ein paar kleine Mankos. Zum einen ist nirgends gestanden, dass es ein Durchgangszimmer hat. Zum andern hatte es leider nicht genug warmes wasser, so dass mann immer suchen musste bei welcher dusche noch warm kommt. Zum letzten, war es durch das, dass die Fenster nicht dicht waren ziemlich kalt. Vor allem im Durchgangszimmer war es eisig... ansonsten war es super.

Excellent week end aux Longchamps. La maison est très spacieuse, la cuisine immense et très conviviale et l'extérieur superbe. Quand à la piscine !! Magnifique. Le petit plus pour les enfants : les chevaux et le poulailler. Nous avons passé un week end parfait en famille pour fêter un anniversaire. Petits et grands étaient ravis. Merci

Pour une réunion de famille réussie...

Nous avons célébré le parrainage civil de nos deux fils aux Longchamps. Nous avons pu héberger toute la famille et amis (21 personnes) de façon très confortable; nous avions également à notre disposition la grande cuisine ainsi que la salle à manger très spacieuse. Sans l'ombre d'un doute l'endroit idéal pour une réunion familiale: espace, calme et charme assurés... et des hôtes très attentifs à nos besoins. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir!
