What a gem! Highly recommended

This apartment was beyond our expectations. With its old word (300 yr old) interior walls and floors to its tasteful furnishings yet boasting all modern conveniences. We were very comfortable. It is very quiet and safe area with lots of restaurants within short walking distance. We tend to take Uber and were pleased to find that nowhere in the city was more than 5 euros (including 1 euro tip) Our host as extremely cordial and helpful. Thank you for the opportunity. We highly recommend this home away from home

Fin de año en Porto

Pasamos las tres últimas noches del 2023 en este alojamiento con mi madre y mi novia. El recibimiento que nos dio José fue espectacular, nos enseño los puntos más importantes de la ciudad y nos sugirió un muy buen recorrido para sacarle el máximo provecho a nuestra estadía. El alojamiento cuenta con A/C por lo que no pasamos frio ni calor en ningún momento, tiene todo lo necesario para preparar tus propias comidas, cuenta con varias mantas y toallas limpias, por lo que solo tienen que llevar sus ganas de conocer la maravillosa ciudad de Oporto.

Lovely Historical Home

We fully enjoyed our stay at a home that was in our host's family for 300+ years. Our host was very kind and took time to explain the area and things to see and do.

Uncomfortable

Artistic redo of very old building but very uncomfortable and inconvenient. Virtually no windows, no hot water in the kitchen, musty odor, overall poor design of the restoration.
