Davenport Delight

We were looking for a quiet and comfortable getaway and the Historic Davenport home fit the bill to a tee. Hard wood floors throughout and 11 foot celeings, a leather lazy boy and a 60 inch LG flat screen. ...heaven can wait. The gueen beds are superb with top quality linings. Joyce is a delightful host. Beautiful home

The house is much larger than it looks in the photos.My wife & I spent a month there with my father & stepmother. We had plenty of room and plenty of privacy. Beautiful hardwood floors. We enjoyed dining at the many great resturants in the area. The back yard is very tropical we sat out there and watched squirrles and chameleons.

The propert is beautiful

We stayed for 6 nights while going on a trip to Disney world. This property is so beautiful and only about 20 mins away from the park. If you want a comfortable and nice place to stay this is the house. Joyce was very good about answering any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Lovely Vacation Home

This historic home is beautiful and very comfortable. I’m glad we went with this vacation home rather than a hotel; 4200 sq ft. HUGE!! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely be returning next Christmas. The home owner Joyce is such a beautiful lady and so pleasant to work with.

WONDERFUL.....COMFORTABLE......CLEAN & SAFE.

The house was as described and more....Joyce was a gracious renter and made our trip easier. enough room for everyone. loved the library and the back yard and the bathrooms...... the kids loved wilson park just across the road!! there wasnt an iron and i had multiple meetings that was a bit of an inconvenience.everything else was tip top shape, I wished i had an extra week will be back!
