Enjoy our beautiful newer non-smoking beach home which is in the community of Summer Place with 5 bedrooms (2 Doubles, 3 Queens and a bath for every room!) Central AC and ceiling fans in every room. Beautifully decorated!! House features a whirlpool tub in master bedroom. New for 2025, Smart TVs in every room which may be accessed with guests account. High speed wireless internet. Home has keyless entry.

House comfortably accommodates 14 guests. Pillows and comforters are provided on each bed. Enjoy our large kitchen with breakfast bar and large dining room table. House features intercoastal views and sunsets. This house features 2 large decks with table and chairs to enjoy the view. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house. Take a swim in the Summer Place Pool. Outdoor Shower with change area. Charcoal Grill and picnic seating. Beautifully landscaped with palm trees and lights! You won't be disappointed!

Summer Place is a small neighborhood with upscale newer beach homes and less than a half a mile from Ocean Isle Town Center facilities. Restaurants, small water slide, miniature golf, ice cream parlor, children's arcade and fishing pier. We have 120 golf courses by the world's best designers in a 30 mile radius. Just 25 minutes from North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and 45 minutes from downtown Wilmington, North Carolina. Ocean Isle Beach is your perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway!!
