Bella terrazza vista mare

Casa piccola ma comfortevole, ottima la vista mare dal terrazzo sulla quale si puo' comodamente pranzare e cenare. Mare molto pulito ad un min. a piedi. Proprietario gentile e disponibile anche se non incontrato di persona. Comodo parcheggio auto. Sicuramente consigliato.

Appartamento carino con vista impagabile

Appartamento ben attrezzato,adatto al soggiorno di 2 o 3 persone. Unica mancanza la TV per assenza dell'antenna. Si gode dal terrazzo di una vista meravigliosa. A due passi dal mare...acqua limpida e sempre calmo,fondale basso adatto ai bambini piccolo,sabbia finissima. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Grazie di tutto

Straordinario

Spiaggia paradisiaca sabbia bianca acqua fantastica, l appartementino una bomboniera che affaccia sul mare e la sera vede tutto golfo Aranci illuminato, location straordinaria, fantastico e cosigliatissimo!!! nn potevo trovare di meglio! 1 minuto a piedi e sei in spiaggia, comodo veramente da vacanza

La magnifique vue fait oublier le manque de wifi

Grand plus de l'appartement : La grande terrasse en matériaux naturels et la superbe vue, une carte postale devant les yeux ! Les moins : le manque de wifi alors que mentionné dans l'annonce, embêtant quand on doit absolument communiquer avec sa famille à l'étranger ou pour avoir des nouvelles des parents âgés. De plus très peu d'endroits avec du bon wifi...... A part le supermarché proche et très pratique il n'y a rien aux alentours. Il faut marcher jusqu'à l'autre côté de la baie, aller retour c'est facilement 5 kms ! Une fois là-bas grand choix de restaurants à tous les prix! Jolie plage de sable blanc tout près ! L'eau est turquoise, telle les Caraïbes ! En bref un magnifique séjour pour les amateurs de plage et mer même sans wifi.

Vacanza meravigliosa.

Appartamento comodissimo e confortevole (quando siamo stati noi il salone era appena stato ripitturato) dove trascorrere una vacanza piena di relax dimenticandosi dell'auto (grazie al posto macchina) dal momento che la spiaggia è veramente sotto casa e tutti i servizi (supermercato, edicola, ecc.) sono raggiungibili a piedi. Per chi ha figli l'appartamento è perfetto così come l'accesso alla spiaggia che ha due piccoli stabilimenti e un mare particolarmente adatto ai più piccoli. La terrazza, dove si può piacevolmente prendere la colazione e fare il pranzo e la cena, ha una vista meravigliosa proprio sulla spiaggia della foto dell'annuncio. Insomma consigliamo l'appartamento e abbiamo in programma di tornarci.

La casa e' semplice ma funzionale e pulita, la terrazza e' incantevole . Sistemazione comoda anche per chi ha bambini piccoli perché vicina a delle belle spiagge. Partiamo a malincuore , ma con il pensiero che sicuramente ci torneremo.

Fabulous view and great location!

Stayed here for a week with my husband and two sons (6yrs and 8yrs). We all had a terrific time. The flat is on the first floor and has the most wonderful view from the terrace. It was just so amazing to open the shutters every morning to sunshine and the view of the sea. It is simple inside but nicely decorated, clean and has everything you could need considering we spent all day on the beach and only used the flat to eat breakfast and sometimes supper. It was also really easy to get to from Olbia airport, which we flew into direct from London. We hired a car and the flat has its own allocated parking space. There's a small beach two minutes walk from the flat which is great if you don't want to go out every day, but Sardinia is so full of choices when it comes to crystal clear water and white sand, that we went off and explored different places every day. I would definitely stay here again and I think that going early in the season is ideal as the beaches were pretty empty and we could find places to park the car easily. Great place and perfect location to explore the North Eastern coast of this beautiful island - including Costa Smeralda. Definitely recommend it!

Bellissima Terrazza

Soggiorno dal 16/07/16 al 30/07/16 Appartamento semplice, con vista spettacolare, indicato per chi vuole una vacanza tranquilla, a due passi da una bella spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata; volendo sempre a piedi si può raggiungere anche il centro ( 2/3 km ), dove ogni sera ci sono bancarelle e intrattenimenti. Nelle vicinanze si trovano un market , un 'edicola e un bar. Lo consigliamo e probabilmente ci torneremo.

Vista mozzafiato....

Siamo stati in vacanza dal 07/08/15 al 23/08/15 è vi devo dire che questa casa è molto più' bella da vicino che vederla in foto... Molto comoda come posizione per chi non ama prendere l'auto per andare a mare, ma la meraviglia è il terrazzo che affaccia sul mare.

Siamo reduci da una vacan...

Siamo reduci da una vacanza di 15 giorni a Golfo Aranci. L'appartamento è meglio di quanto appare nelle foto, superattrezzato e pulito e la vista è indescrivibilmente meravigliosa. Posizione incantevole, lontano dal traffico e a 4 passi dalla spiaggia, tranquillità assoluta ma si arriva al porto super rinnovato con una bella e piacevole passeggiata. Per noi che abbiamo una bimba piccola luogo di vacanza ideale. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a tutti!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnun...

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön. Restaurants, Supermarkt und Strand sind zu Fuß problemlos zu erreichen. Die Aussicht ist phantastisch. Als sehr kritisch betrachten wir den Zustand der Ferienwohnung. Es wurde als Renovierungsdatum das Jahr 2009 angegeben, allerdings empfanden wir die Wohnung als abgewohnt und ungepflegt. Möglicherweise waren wir in diesem Jahr die ersten Mieter, aber dennoch sollte die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich sein. Dies war nicht der Fall. Dusche, Toilette und Kühlschrank haben wir erstmal gründlich geputzt. Die Küche konnten und wollten wir in diesem Zustand nicht benutzen und haben sie deshalb auch nicht gereinigt. Erstaunt waren wir über die deutliche Wahrnehmung von Schnarchgeräuschen aus der Nebenwohnung, ansonsten ist die Wohnlage ruhig
