5-room apartment partially renovated on the 1st floor of a chalet with 4 apartments. Located at a place called la communaille, overlooking the center of the village.
Near the shuttle stop (250m), allowing you to go skiing or to the village without taking the car: 2km from the center, 2.5km from the Grand-Bornand cable cars and 3.5km from the Chinaillon chairlifts (recommended) .In summer possibility to descend to the village on foot.
You will be at the start of the forest trail and close to many walks
For your comfort, the rental includes 2 parking spaces, a playground equipped with a swing, a common washing machine, a large room to store your belongings.
Pets are allowed, a nearby trail will be ideal for taking them out, as well as the local
The chalet is located at the end of a dead end with very little traffic

Schöne große Wohnung mitten im Skigebiet

Wir sind als Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen Personen verreist. Die Wohnung war schön groß und geräumig. Die 3 Schlafzimmer waren ausreichend groß. Die Küche mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war ein Traum. Einziger Wehmutstropfen waren die dünnen Matratzen und dünnen Decken und Kissen in den Schlafzimmern. Bettwäsche ist mitzubringen. Die Heizung lief immer mal wieder aber nicht durchgehend. Insgesamt aber kann man die Wohnung wirklich sehr empfehlen. Sie hat alles was man benötigt. Der Ortskern ist mit dem Auto in 1 Min zu erreichen. Zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten. Die Skigebiete erreicht man in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es für 2 Autos Parkplätze. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts haben wir den Vermieter nicht 1x gesehen. Die Wohnung war aber hergerichtet und stand uns direkt zur Verfügung. Auch wenn im Tal dieses mal kein Schnee war, so konnte man oben einigermaßen gut Skifahren. Es war insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Urlaub und die Wohnung entsprach weitestgehend unseren Vorstellungen. Die Preise im Ort für Lebensmittel und in den Restaurants sind sehr hoch. zB. 1/2 Liter Bier = 9 Euro. Es empfiehlt sich dringend das benötigte mitzubringen . Es gibt auch kleine Supermärkte aber auch hier sind die Preise eher auf Schweizer Niveau.

We were exceptionally happy with our experience! Bertrand was a wonderful host and readily available to assist us with our adjustments to a new country. I cannot recommend this location enough - the view is wonderful, the house is warm and cozy, and we felt very at home.

Séjour du 30 MARS au 6 AVRIL 2019.Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. Vue dominante a couper le souffle sur les ARAVIS. Balcon qui permet de manger et de profiter du panorama. Chalet typique proche du centre du village, facile d'accès. L'intérieur est spacieux, bien équipé et bien chauffé.
