Unique experience in the middle of old town Hyères

This house is really something special - it's old, so naturally you will have to lower your sights a bit on the comfort. The most adventurous part is when you arrive navigating your car through the extremely narrow, hilly streets to unload. But once that is done, you'll find yourself in a charming place, with old town Hyères at walking distance and a sea view from the balcony. Véronique and Pierre welcomed us very warmly, and did their best to help us with any questions during our stay. If you'd like to experience something different than your usual vacation homes, this house is defnitely a recommendation!

Vraiment parfait !

Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances dans cette location à la fois atypique et très bien équipée : dépaysement au rendez-vous ! Le logement est idéalement situé dans le cœur du centre ville et proche de tous les commerces, ce qui est un réel avantage avec des enfants. Des vacances des rêve !

Super location atypique, fonctionnelle, hyper bien située et magnifiquement décorée ! Nous y avons séjourné avec nos deux enfants très agréablement! L’accueil est très chaleureux. Pierre et Véronique sont hyper serviables, nous ont mis très à l’aise et ont été très disponibles. La région est magnifique. Idéal pour passer de super vacances !

Super Lage, nettes Appartment

Alles hat super geklappt, insbesondere bei An- und Abreise. Das Appartment ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Besonders gut ist die Lage in Laufnähe der Innenstadt.

Situation idéale dans Hyères

Connaissant très bien la région, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le gîte qui est dépaysant ainsi que son emplacement au dessus du centre ville moderne donc très accessible aux diverses activités qu'offre la ville. Il est placé dans le vieux Hyères qui est ravissant et typique que nous apprécions particulièrement. Le gîte est également bien placé car bien qu'étant proche du centre ville il ne se trouve qu'à 7 kms de la plage (plage du Tombolo en direction de la presqu'île de Giens). Quant aux propriétaires, ils sont très accueillants et dévoués ce qui nous a permis de passer de très bonnes vacances. Nous recommandons donc particulièrement ce gîte.

Merci pour cette semaine passée dans votre charmante maison. Nous avons pu profiter du petit jardin abrité et y prendre régulièrement nos repas. Idéalement située dans le centre historique de la ville, proche de tous les commerces, bars et restaurants, la maison est au calme et nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce petit havre de paix. Véronique et Pierre sont absolument charmants et nous ont très bien reçus.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Wir wurden überaus freundlich begrüßt und bekamen Hilfe beim Ausladen des Gepäcks. Da vor dem Ferienhaus keine Parkmöglichkeit besteht, stellten die Vermieter ein Ticket für die Tiefgarage im Ort für den gesamten Urlaub zur Verfügung. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles Nötige ist vorhanden und funktionsfähig. Sowohl der Innen- als auch Außenbereich sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. In diesem wunderschönen alten französichen Haus kann man es sich bei jedem Wetter gut gehen lassen. Für Sonnenanbeter gibt es eine kleine hübscheTerrasse mit Blick über die Dächer von Hyeres, abends sitzt man gemütlich in dem überdachten Innenhof. Die Räume sind sehr sauber, lassen sich gut beheizen und können im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mit einer Klimaanlage gekühlt werden. Man sollte wissen, dass sich das Haus auf einem Berg befindet, den man nach jedem Einkauf oder Ausflug mit dem Auto zu Fuß erklimmen muss. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Toujours comme à la maison, mais très francaise

C'etait la 3ième fois nous avons passé nos vacances dans cette maison si jolie. Situèe dans la vieille ville on peut faire tous les achats autour les coins. Cinéma, concerts dans le vieux théatre Denis, les randonnées arrière dans la montagne, et biensûre la mer, tous sont merveilleux! Les proprieteurs de cette maison sont si gentils et avec un grand coeur en donnant soin à la maison. Pour 2 personnes c'est luxurieuse, mais pour 4 c'est aussi possible. La terrasse avec vue mer et le court avec les plantes du sud sont extra! C'est sûre - nous reviendrons!

Très belle location

Partie voir son papy avec 2 amies, ma fille est tombée sous le charme de cette très jolie location idéalement placée entre le centre ville et la vieille ville. Un jardin très joliment aménagé permet de prendre ses repas tranquillement en extérieur. Idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent le centre ville et la tranquillité. Et les propriétaires sont charmants et arrangeants.

Ein angenehmer Ort mitten in der Altstadt von Hyeres, dem Ursprung des Cote d-Azur-Tourismus

Meine Frau und ich (beide um die 50) haben zwei Wochen im Juli im Haus des Künstlerpaares Pichou-Brustlein (sie malen beeindruckende Wandgemälde! und im Haus hängen einige Kostproben ihres Schaffens, vor allem Porträts) verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Wie gerne wären wir noch geblieben! Besonders gut gefiel uns die Terasse, die an das Wohnzimmer angrenzt und von der man über die Dächer und Gassen bis zur Bucht von Hyeres sehen kann. Hier haben wir Stunden verbracht. Fußläufig sind in wenigen Minuten die Hauptplätze der Altstadt (und somit auch die super Eisdiele Plaisir Glace am Place Massillon!) sowie die beiden Parks, die sich am Hang von Hyeres nach oben ziehen, erreichbar. Für Autoreisende: Vor dem Haus selbst ist kein Platz zum Parken - es sind wirklich mittelalterliche Gassen. Aber die Vermieter bieten eine Parkmöglichkeit in der Parkgarage an, die unter dem Place Clemenceau liegt. Eine sehr gute und wirklich praktikable Lösung - erreichbar zu Fuß in fünf Minuten. Lebensmittelläden sind fußläufig erreichbar, sämtliche große Supermarktketten mit dem Auto in fünf bis zehn Minuten erreichbar. Zu den Stränden (Almanarre!) sind es vier Kilometer, wobei die Straßen überwiegend auch gut für den Fahrradverkehr ausgebaut sind. Hyeres ist eine wunderbare Stadt, mondän auf eine etwas altmodische Weise (es war ja die erste Stadt, in der die Engländer den Cote d'Azur-Tourismus erfanden), und ein wirkliches lokales Zentrum an Urbanität. Dabei nur wenige Kilometer von Toulon entfernt und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Massif des Maures mit seinen Kastanien- und Korkeichenwäldern. Das Ehepaar Pichou-Brustlein ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - meistens unterwegs am Arbeiten, manchmal auch im Untergeschoss des Hauses anwesend (separater Eingang) -. wie wir bei der sehr freundlichen Begrüßung und auch in einer Stresssituation erleben durften (uns war am Strand ins Auto eingebrochen worden).

Caractère et style

Parfaitement arrangée cette jolie maison avec des propriétaires très gentils. Superbe pour explorer la ville, on peut trouver tous qu'on veut juste au coin de la rue. Les boutiques, restaurants, bars, marchés sont bons et on peut trouver qu'on aime. Avec la voiture on peut aller baigner dans des plusieurs plages où faire des randonnées autour la ville et à Giens. Toulons, Marseille, St. Tropez, ... tout est possible! Nous reviendrons, c'est sûre!

Maison très charmante et atypique au coeur de la vieille ville de Hyères

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour passé dans cette propriété accueillante et chaleureuse. Les propriétaires sont des personnes avenantes qui ont tout prévu pour que nous puissions passer un séjour formidable et sans encombre. L'accès à la maison n'est pas aisé en voiture (beaucoup de petites rues), mais ce n'est pas un souci car vous pouvez stationner devant la maison pour décharger vos bagages et aller la garer un peu plus bas dans un parking sécurisé (le badge d'accès du parking est fourni par les propriétaires pour la durée de votre séjour) ce qui est très pratique. La maison ne manque de rien, la climatisation est vraiment la bienvenue car à Hyères la température monte très vite!! Il y a tout le nécessaire pour vivre et passer une semaine reposante! La maison est très propre et très bien entretenue. L'avantage d'une maison au coeur de la vieille ville est qu'elle fait un bon point de départ pour visiter les sites autour. L'autre avantage est d'être loin du bruit, de la circulation assez étouffante en été avec les allés et retours de plages. En résumé, un excellent accueil, une propriété très charmante qui a tout pour plaire, et une ville agréable à vivre!!

Gut ausgestattete und zentral gelegene Unterkunft

Superbe séjour!

Très bien situé dans le vieux Hyères même si vous n'avez pas de voiture. À proximité de la station d'autobus Joffre, de jardins, de commerce d'alimentation (boucher, fromagerie, boulangerie et bien plus!). Très tranquille et très propre. Les proprios Pierre et Véronique , sont très accueillant. Nous avons apprécié terminé nos journées sur la terrasse ensoleillée. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation!
