CANNES CENTRE: Spacious and bright 2 rooms ideally sea view located 80 meters from the beach, close to the Palais des Festivals, at the foot of the historic district of Suquet Cannes.
Apartment recently renovated, it features air conditioning, heating, double glazing, internet with high speed wifi, flat screen TV 125 cm inch TV with international channels and a safe.
Entrance, bedroom with a large dressing room, a large living room with two sofas, a loggia - dining room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, washing machine / drying and whole kitchen equipment), a bathroom with bath / shower (hair dryer) and separate toilet.
It can accommodate 4 people. very comfortably.
The apartment is non-smoking.
Our pets are not welcome.
Rates are depending on time of year € 400 in low season to € 800 in high season the week.
Rent includes expenses, linen for 2 people (if more than 2 people additional12 € per person per day).
Rental from Saturday to Saturday, in principle, accept Weekend 2 nights.
Reservations confirmed only after receipt of the deposit of 30% of the rental amount.
Balance paid to the keys.
Deposit 300 €.
Possibility to rent a private parking: 70 € per week.
For conferences, short breaks, weekends on request.

Très bon accueil, propriétaires très gentils.

L'appartement est très bien situé au Suquet, dans le Cannes historique. Il est bien équipé en ustensiles de cuisine avec lave-vaisselle et lave-linge plus une climatisation très utile. La plage est à cinq minutes, pour la rejoindre on traverse un ravissant petit jardin fleuri et ombragé. Les propriétaires sont attentifs à la qualité de votre séjour et répondent favorablement à toutes les demandes. Victor Pécastaing

Just Perfect

We stayed in Sylvie's apartment for a whole week during the Cannes Film Festival and it was the best choice we could ever make. The apartment is lovely and with all the needed comforts. It's a perfect solution for 3 or more people and it's position is perfect both for who comes for the Festival or for a vacation. Sylvie is surely one of the kindest host that you could ever meet. Recommended!

Siamo una famiglia con 2 bimbe di circa 6 anni. La posizione dell'appartamento è ottimale. Spiaggia sabbiosa a due passi, mare pulito; parco giochi a metà strada... Posizione ottimale per muoversi e conoscere un pò di più la costa azzurra. A due passi il quartiere storico della Suquet, davvero suggestivo , la chiesa, il castello... I proprietari .. due brave persone, disponibili e attenti alle esigenze dei loro ospiti, grandi e piccoli. Rita

BELL'APPARTAMENTO

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto. Era pulitissimo e molto accessoriato: c'erano ogni sorta di detersivi per la casa, la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie, cialde per il caffè, caraffa filtrante per l'acqua, succo e marmellata in frigo, ombrello per la pioggia, ombrellone e sdraio per la spiaggia. Tutto era nuovo e ben funzionante; nella TV si ricevono benissimo anche le tre reti RAI. I proprietari sono gentili, puntuali e precisi. Si trova vicino alla Plage du Midì; dalla finestra, come nella foto, si vede uno scorcio di mare con le palme di Square Mistral. Negozi e supemarket sono sotto casa. Consigliato.

Appartement très correct idéalement situé

Appartement conforme à la description sur l'annonce. Propre, très bien équipé et idéalement situé (proche du centre on peut faire tous ses déplacements à pied), je recommande cette location. La place de parking privé est un atout important lorsqu'on connait la difficulté de se garer à Cannes. De plus l'accueil des propriétaires a été excellent.

Séjour très agréable

Relations très cordiales et efficaces avec les propriétaires, très avenants, arrangeants sur les heures d’arrivée et départ, prévenants. (lit fait à l’arrivée, plan de Cannes à disposition…) Logement correspondant bien au descriptif : lumineux, en très bon état, très propre et bien équipé, bien situé à proximité des commerces et de la plage, 15 mn à pied du Palais des Festivals. Cannes est petit et c’est très agréable de laisser la voiture au parking et de visiter à pied. Loggia donnant sur le Boulevard un peu bruyante pour les campagnards que nous sommes, habitués au silence complet mais grâce au double-vitrage la pièce à vivre claire et spacieuse est agréable. La chambre située à l’arrière est très calme.

"La casa è pulita, dotata di tutto ciò che è necessario, come da descrizione, comoda per 4 persone, in posizione ideale per vivere Cannes e per le escursioni nei paesi vicini, non è da meno la presenza del parcheggio e l''accesso a internet. I proprietari sono persone gentilissime e accoglienti e affidabili. Noi abbiamo passato delle splendide giornate e lo consigliamo vivamente a chi volesse trascorrere, come noi, delle vacanze a Cannes. Tutto è stato perfetto. Un grazie affettuoso ai proprietari."

"Nous avons fait un agréa...

"Nous avons fait un agréable séjour dans ce merveilleux appartement. Les proprios sont hyper sympas et très disponibles pour répondre à toutes nos questions en plus de nous laisser la plus grande intimité. L''appartement est très propre et est bien divisé de façon à ce que même si nous sommes plusieurs, il est possible que chacun ait son petit espace (Salon, Cuisine, Dinette et chambre à coucher) Nous avons aussi apprécié que la chambre à coucher donne sur la cour arrière pour le plus grand calme et donc le meilleur repos. À 1 minute de marche, il y a une superbe rue piétonnière où l''on retrouve plein de restos sympa. Si par hasard une fringale arrivait en plein milieu de la nuit où lors d''un congé férié... le petit resto shish-taouk d''en face est toujours ouvert pour dépanner... Nous recommandons cet appart sans hésitation."
