About this property

Our gites for 8 or 4 persons, offer you the opportunity to spend an enjoyable holiday or weekend in our area of the Bessin, rich in history, opportunities for leisure activities and in a beautiful landscape. They are located in a farm typical of the eighteenth century.

Each gite (cottage) offers you full confort and very closed to Caen and it's Memorial Musee, the Mont Saint-Michel, Bayeux and it's tapestry, Cherbourg, Isigny-sur-Mer, Sainte-Mère-Eglise, Villedieu-les-Poêles, La Cambe in the Calvados bordering the Manche et it's Cotentin.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad De gastheer en vrouw waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam Het heerlijke was dat we brood konden bestellen bij de gastheer en 's morgens dit maar hoefde te gaan halen bij het b&b gedeelte Lekker een verwarmd zwembad erbij en onze week kon niet meer stuk Rustig gelegen maar wel veel te zien in de omgeving

Location idéale pour rayonner sur les différents sites du débarquement

La description faite par le propriétaire est juste. Le gite est confortable. La vaisselle quantité de vaisselle est juste alors que nous n'étions que 4 (sans vouloir faire tourner le lave vaisselle tous les jours) . Nous sommes venus avec un chien. L 'espace extérieur est clos donc c'est très bien. L'emplacement permet de rayonner sur les sites du débarquement en cette période de vacances scolaires de Toussaint.

Normandy Landings base

The property was in an excellent location (very quiet and rural and yet close to the village of Grandcamp Maisy) for visiting the D-Day sites. Marc, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and recommended various places to visit which we eagerly did. An excellent, functional property with all that you need for a relaxing break away.
