Una struttura sbagliata per 10 persone

Purtroppo la casa non era quella sperata e rappresentata il piano interrato (a mio avviso inagibile anche da catasto) era malsano umido puzzava di chiuso e di altro con 3 camere da letto e una zona soggiorno non conforme a mio avviso.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura insieme ad 8 amici. Posizione ottima a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della zona. I proprietari sono stati sempre disponibili e gentilissimi da prima dell’arrivo a dopo la partenza. Uniche pecche: La mancanza di aria condizionata al piano di sotto e la rigidità della spazzatura (che non dipende dai proprietari ma dalle regole del luogo).

Wunderbar

Ein sehr gepflegtes und super ausgestattetes gemütliches Haus mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Besitzer mit einheimischen Wurst- und Käseplatten empfangen. Es gab was zum trinken und süßes zum Nachtisch. Sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, sah wie frisch gestrichen aus. Was uns auch wichtig war, da wir mehrere Personen da waren, dass die Sanitäranlagen einwandfrei funktionierten und das taten sie. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es gleich in der Nähe, 1 Minute vom Haus entfernt. Und stintino Strand und Meer muss man gesehen haben, wie auf den Bildern... einfach wunderschön. Wir waren das erste mal da aber bestimmt nicht das letzte. Vielen Dank Familie Sini

Villa molto bella

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa dal 13/08/2016 al 27/08/2016. La casa e dotata di tutto. Abbiamo trascorso delle bellissime ferie. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e non invadenti. Ci ritorneremo volentieri!

Villa molto bella e spaziosa

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in qiesta villa, molto spaziosa, completa di tutto, in zona molto servita, centro commerciale e fermata autobus per le spiagge a 50 metri. Poi i proprietari sono stati davvero molto gentili offrendo al nostro arrivo un buffet di benvenuto con salumi e formaggi. Grazie Francesco.

Ottimo soggiorno a Stintino

Villetta privata molto accogliente e pulita, situata nel centro del country paradise a pochi passi dai negozi, dal supermarket e dalla fermata del bus navetta. Appartamento al piano terra ben attrezzato e spazioso, con aria condizionata, lavatrice. Appartamento piano interrato un pochino umido, ma fresco. Proprietari gentili e ospitali, molto consigliata per vacanze a Stintino!

Villa a due passi dalle più belle spiagge

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa dal 25 luglio al 9 agosto 2014, eravamo due famiglie (10 persone in tutto). La casa si trova all'interno del Country Paradise di Stintino pur essendo una struttura privata. A due passi ci sono tutte le comodità, negozi, supermercato, ristoranti, bar e la piazzetta con l'intrattenimento serale. Stintino si trova a 4 km, con la sua bellissima spiaggia La Pelosa; nelle vicinanze ci sono altre suggestive spiagge: le Saline, Ezzi Mannu etc. La casa era abbastanza grande per ospitarci tutti comodamente, pulita e super attrezzata (lavatrice, ferro da stiro, asse, lettini per la spiaggia, cinque televisori, detersivi, stoviglie in abbondanza). La villa è su due piani e arredata con cura. Il piano interrato leggermente umido, probabilmente a causa dell'estate piovosa anomala. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili ma non invadenti. Noi ci ritorneremmo volentieri.
