Stunning Seaside Villa – Peaceful Haven near Essaouira with Panoramic Sea Views

A perfect and idyllic retreat to enjoy Essaouira, its surroundings, and its many festivals (including the Gnaoua & World Music Festival, Moga Festival, etc.), whether with friends or family.

On the ground floor, the villa features a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a traditional Moroccan lounge, a guest WC with washbasin, and a bedroom accessible for people with reduced mobility.

The spacious bedrooms each come with their own private terrace (two with sea views, three overlooking the pool), a small lounge area, a shower room, and a separate WC.

The landscaped, enclosed 6,000 m² garden, with no overlooking neighbors, offers breathtaking sea views. At the front, a lovely terrace connected to the kitchen and dining room, complete with a barbecue, invites you to enjoy freshly grilled fish straight from Essaouira’s port while admiring stunning sunsets.

At the back, a beautiful mosaic swimming pool (6 x 12 m), a solarium with outdoor lounge and sunbeds, and a large khaïma tent offer perfect spaces to relax and make the most of the outdoors.

A caretaker (speaking French and English) is on hand to make your stay as comfortable as possible (recommendations, taxi and restaurant bookings, sports activities, car rental, etc.). Housekeeping and caretaker services are included in the rental price. A cook can also be arranged upon request (with extra charge).

The villa is ideally located in a peaceful, green setting with unobstructed sea views, just 5 minutes by car from Essaouira Golf, and only 10 minutes from the town center and the beach.

Wonderful stay at Dar Mogador

We came to Essaouira for a month with our family - including our 1 and 5 year old children and 70 year old mother. The house and pool are incredible

Villa dar mogador

Nous avons séjourné pendant 12j dans la villa, nous étions 2 familles avec 2 petits de 6 ans 1 jeune de 11 ans et 3 grandes de 18 ans. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa à quelques km du centre d’Essaouira. Nous avons pris les services de Latifa qui est une excellente cuisinière, très gentille, à l’écoute et qui nous a partagé ses petits ses petits commerces authentiques !!! Le côté piscine est très agréable et les pièces de vie de la maison sont très agréable et sont très conviviales. Très bon séjour.

Presque parfait ...

Villa conforme à la description et aux attentes. Un grand merci à Latifa pour ses bons petits plats qui ont régalés toute la famille. Merci également à Houcine pour sa disponibilité pour répondre à nos demandes au niveau des réservations de taxi, véhicule de location et toutes autres requêtes. Merci également à Damien Philippe qui a répondu très efficacement à toutes nos questions avant notre séjour. Malgré le vent, la grande tente à proximité de la piscine protège suffisamment et permet de manger dehors sans problème. La villa n’est pas située trop loin d’Essaouira, mais une voiture de location est indispensable pendant le séjour. Deux points négatifs sont néanmoins à mentionner : La qualité de l’eau de la piscine, loin de correspondre aux standards attendus. Une eau tirant sur le vert et pas claire du tout. L’impossibilité de se baigner la matinée de notre départ car la piscine avait été traitée tôt le matin. Il aurait été préférable que ceci soit réalisé en fin de matinée après la dernière baignade des enfants ou même beaucoup plus tôt durant notre séjour. Ces deux points expliquent la note de 4/5. Si ces deux points sont corrigés, nous conseillons cette location pour toutes personnes recherchant un petit coin tranquille pour se ressourcer.

Wonderful house away from everything. The continuous breeze is 'cool' and empties the brain.

Great house for bigger group, nice large pool, great kitchen, wifi could be better, but who needs wifi. Great option to let Latifa do the cooking for you. The walk to the beach is long but worth the trip. Remote and silent, no awakening call for prayer at 5!

Très bonne semaine apaisante en famille.

La villa est bien située (proche du centre d'Essaouira) mais un véhicule est nécessaire. Petits commerces de dépannage à proximité. Villa conforme à la description et aux photos. Elle est bien équipée. Elle est bien entretenue par le personnel qui est d'ailleurs au petits soins. Nous avons apprécié les bons plats de Latifa et la discrétion du gardien.

Une maison très bien conçue et agréable à vivre, une grande piscine impeccable et abritée du vent, un endroit retiré et paisible, mais à proximité de la ville, un Hocine apparaissant comme par miracle aux moment où on a besoin de lui, bref, tout pour un superbe séjour, sans parler du ménage quotidien et de la cuisine à la demande. On frise la perfection si ce n'était une pelouse presque totalement jaunie et pelée, mais compensée par les nombreux oliviers et les splendides massifs de bougainvilliers. En bref, un bon plan. très bon choix

Séjour tres réussi, très belle maison au milieu de nulle part, mais l'accès " en ville " est très facile, Oussine nous a été très utile, avec beaucoup de discrétion et de gentillesse. La cuisinière nous a régalé, a su s'adapter aux enfants. Confort formidable, maison silencieuse ( nous avions 3 petits et 2 bébés ), lits très bons, maison très propre, piscine bien entretenue. Très bonne adresse.

Séjour idéal

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette très belle villa. Tout est réuni pour passer d'excellentes vacances: une belle piscine, un staff tout simplement parfait (gardien et cuisinière), une grande tente pour pouvoir manger dehors à l'abris du vent, etc.. En plus des atouts indéniables de cette villa, nous avons également pu profiter des activités d'essaouira (kite surf, golf, quad, etc..). En résumé, un séjour juste parfait!! Hate d'y retourner!!

Une jolie maison avec quelques faiblesses

Maison bien située par rapport au centre ville, personnel très agréable. Chambres et salles de bain confortables. Faiblesses: le manque de protection par rapport au vent, la terrasse avec vue sur mer n'étant pas accessible à cause du vent.Le manque de mobilier de jardin, pas de possibilité de déjeuner à l'extérieur. Matériel ménager plutôt insuffisant.

Perfect 10 days: Beautiful resort and great staff

This is my second trip with my wife and 2 kids to this beautiful house located just outside Essaouira's medina and overlooking the ocean and the recent 36-holes golf course. I was already quite impressed by the house the first time I came a few years ago. It's even become better now with the newly renovated swimming pool and garden where trees and flowers have grown beautifully. Houcine the new house keeper, although quite shy, was very helpful and did everything possible to make our life easier on site, especially for shopping and site visits recommendations. Latifa is a wonderful cook who prepared such good local breakfasts and tajines that in the end we totally gave up searching for any other restaurants in the area. Highly recommended place for those looking to enjoy Essaouira’s city and area in a peaceful and family-friendly environment.
