A pleasant stay at Casa Almanzor

A very nice house with a beautiful view over the countryside. The owners are very friendly and helpfull!

Love to come back

We found our visit for almost four weeks really nice and relaxed. Language differences was not an obstacle The pool is outstanding and relaxing If there is something to complain it may be the tools for cleaning. The terrace need a refresh cleaning (since birds like to leave their “little affair”) - I real hard brush on a stick would have been good to have  In total we were very pleased and we could think to make another visit there one of the next years Kindly Wolfgang, Ann-Louise, Harvey, Elly and the rest of the family

Das Haus ist sehr groß und sauber. Es ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Der Pool mit dem herrlichen Ausblick über die Hügel von Alcobaça, der Poolbilliardtisch sowie der Grill haben unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich versüßt.Ein Mietwagen ist ein Muss, da es in der Gegend sehr viel zu unternehmen gibt.

Idéal pour visiter la région

Très bien située pour visiter les nombreux sites touristiques de la région , la villa présente toutes les caractéristiques pour satisfaire ses occupants : vaste, confortable, bien équipée, au calme avec une superbe vue sur les collines, et cerise sur le gâteau, un propriétaire très sympathique et très prévenant, Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine mais il est bien évident que c'est un "plus"essentiel par temps chaud.

Superbe!

Séjour phénoménale. Belle maison, rénovée avec soin et amour. Lit très confortable. Beaucoup de pliants informatique sur la région. Vue impressionnante. Propriétaire et son mari très gentils. Saudade, on, n’avait que quinze jours…….

Ein sehr schönes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet

Das Haus und Pool sind toll, sehr sauber und die Vermieter (wohnen im Nebenhaus) sind sehr freundlich. Die Gegend ist sehr ländlich mit vielen Obstplantagen, Höfen und entsprechend viel Hundegebell. In der Nähe gibt es viele schöne Strände.

Es perfecto

Es la segunda vez que venimos a esta casa y volveremos. Los propietarios son cariñosos y te ayudan en todo. La casa es perfecta y desde la maravillosa piscina y el jardín se ve una vista espectacular. La casa está muy bien muy limpia y muy cómoda. Pero el jardín y la piscina son extraordinarios. Además la casa se sitúa muy cerca de un montón de sitios muy recomendables como óbidos nazaré y la propia albocasa. En conclusión una semana perfecta en una casa insuperable y con unos dueños estupendos.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle maison. Elle est très bien équipée et décorée avec goût, les pièces sont spacieuses , les lits grands et confortables. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les extérieurs la piscine, le barbecue et le paysage champêtre. Nous recommandons pour un séjour reposant et proche de divers sites touristiques remarquables. Merci à nos hôtes.

Uma semana muito bem passada. Casa muito bonita, muito bem decorada, muito confortável e limpeza imaculada. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos nossos anfitriões, com muita simpatia e um fresquinho e delicioso bolo de laranja. Obrigada D.ª Maria 😋. No exterior um cuidado relvado e um jardim muito bem decorado. Na mesa de snooker foram feitos alguns divertidos torneios. Para o fim deixo a melhor parte... A maravilhosa piscina, muito limpa com uma vista fantástica para a serra. Já com saudades... Obrigada por tudo ❤️

Superb home from home

The villa is a true home from home. Maria and Anibal have ys a very warm reception, the house was lovely and homely and very comfortable. The pool was superb, always clean and such an amazing view. The hosts offered us fresh fruit from the garden and baked a cake for us which was delicious. Truly an amazing stay!

Villa with beautiful view

The villa is beautiful, sat on the balcony looking out at valley and surrounding hills, looking Down at the birds flying by. Pictures don't do justice, the villa is set in wonderful surroundings, everything is perfect for you. Even a pool table is the basement for the day that rained. Bicycles if you want 2. Car needed really. Close to Alcobaça Town, Maria and Dianna are brilliant host nothing is to much trouble for them. Maria's husband takes great pride in the property, swimming pool vacuumed every day. Cleanest pool ever. He even gave me a lesson on his barbecue, which was delicious. We had a thunderstorm which took electric out, and he came around with torches for us. We didn't want to leave, we spent 20 days here and enjoyed every moment. We will recommend this place 100%. Definitely worth the money. Will be coming back to see the family.

Espaço adequado para relaxar

Experiência positiva. Casa bem enquadrada num cenário relaxante com as encostas dos pomares e montes de perder a vista. O ponto forte é a zona da piscina sinônimo de diversão! O check in e check out foram os pontos menos positivos. As sras da limpeza apareceram muito antes do horário de saída deixando a sensação que estávamos a mais. Não existiu informação sobre a entrega da chave da casa a qual foi entregue à sra da limpeza.

Wonderful Location

This was the nicest place to stay.....a beautiful house with gorgeous views and a swimming pool. This home was centrally located to so many wonderful and cultural places and we took advantage of visiting them! Our hosts were very nice and I would highly recommend staying here.

Stunning views, great hosts.

It was a pleasure to wake up to the views each morning. Nice villa, well equipped and the bed was not too bad either (we normally struggle with mattress comfort). There could of been a few cupboard basics provided in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, foil etc. But we were welcomed with wine, cheese and some lovely marmalade. There is a pool table room downstairs that is not mentioned, so that was a bonus. The owners are next door always on hand if you need them but they don't intrude other wise. They are a lovely family, very friendly and helpful, even the dog smiles when he has got used to you.

Beautiful villa, very clean and in an idyllic location

Casa Almanzor is an absolutely beautiful villa, situated in a small valley overlooking vineyards and farmland. With mountains in the distance the situation of the villa is perfect! The house itself is immaculately furnished and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The pool is a great size and has plenty of sunbeds and sunshades and overlooks the valley. There is a separate barbecue area with patio furniture and large parasol. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Almanzor and the owners were so welcoming and on hand close by if we needed anything. I can not recommend this villa and the area of Alcobaça enough. Thank you!
