About this property

Ocean House #2706 is a west corner gulf-front 2 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 7th floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1300 sq ft with views of the gulf from the over-sized living area. In addition to the sofa sleeper there is a full size murphy cabinet bed in living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom and the middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower. The 3rd bathroom is accessed via the living/hall area.

Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23 Sleeps 8.

Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Beach trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved it! We have stayed at Ocean House many times but this corner condo was the best. No problems at all. Loved the loser with the beach items to use. Saved us , I forgot my umbrella. I have a couple of good beach items I am gonna bring and donate next trip.

Reviewer Comments: Air conditioning vents had mold needs deep cleaning jet tub in master bathroom had mold also had trouble finding guard to get parking passes after several calls no answer called the lady I booked the condo with she was very helpful and did everything she could to help .

Summer's Spring Beach Trip

I have stayed in this particular unit several times in the past. The owners have done nice updates. It is a spacious and comfortable end unit. The bedrooms do not face the beach, not a big problem for me. I really like to sit on the balcony and read and the zero entry pool is really nice. we had a couple of hick-ups but the management was quick to respond. The only thing I didn't like was the garbage pick-up is at 4:45am and I am a very light sleeper, but I would still rent this unit again if i could get a good price on the stay.
