The property was just like it was presented on Vrbo. It was beautiful, located right next to a ski run, private and near lots of options for things to do. We rented it for a family reunion and the floor plan was great for small gatherings as well as space for everyone to be together at once. The owner was outstanding to work with. Questions were answered immediately. She even sent us the architectural drawings of the property so we could better understand the layout of the rooms. We hope to return next year for our second annual family reunion!

She accommodated our group of 24 with incredible thoughtfulness, and the home was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for an unforgettable stay.The kids had an amazing time, and our entire group left with wonderful memories that we’ll cherish for years to come. Throughout our stay, Jean was always responsive, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best possible experience. It was clear that she truly cares about the people who stay at her property.The house itself is fantastic for large groups, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. Its location is another huge advantage—it’s conveniently close to all the wonderful attractions and activities the area has to offer.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a more gracious host. Great house. Plenty of room for our group of 22 (8 adults and 14 kids). Large kitchen where we could all eat together. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures don't do this home justice...it is beautiful and very spacious. We had a wonderful time exploring the Petoskey and Harbor Springs area. The state park and beach was a favorite!

Great place!

What a lovely home with absolutely everything you will need for your stay. This home is set up for families or friend groups. Quiet location and close to Harbor Springs where we had sailboat racing for the weekend. Definitely will be back!

Great stay!

We had a great stay in Harbor Springs! The house is huge so perfect for a large group, and we loved cooking meals in the kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed! Spent a lot of time on the deck by the fireplace as well. Jean was great with communication and we had no issues during our stay! Highly recommend staying here!

Friends & Family Gateaway

We stayed at this property for the Thanksgiving weekend. We were a big group of people, 4 couples with kids and we found the house spacious, clean and confortable for all of us. Its a great house we enjoyed our stay!

Cabin Getaway!

The Evergreen Mountain Lodge is a gorgeous, well-appointed home with a breathtaking view of the mountain. Our extended family group particularly enjoyed all of the wonderful gathering space for family dinners and game nights. What a memorable family vacation!

20 man golf trip

Just returned from our golf trip and this house was perfect for the 20 of us. The accommodations were excellent and we’ll certainly return in the next few years. Plenty of parking, living space, and sleeping. The hosts were great to work with as well.
