The property was just like it was presented on Vrbo. It was beautiful, located right next to a ski run, private and near lots of options for things to do. We rented it for a family reunion and the floor plan was great for small gatherings as well as space for everyone to be together at once. The owner was outstanding to work with. Questions were answered immediately. She even sent us the architectural drawings of the property so we could better understand the layout of the rooms. We hope to return next year for our second annual family reunion!

Jean was an absolutely exceptional host. She accommodated our group of 24 with incredible thoughtfulness, and the home was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for an unforgettable stay.The kids had an amazing time, and our entire group left with wonderful memories that we’ll cherish for years to come. Throughout our stay, Jean was always responsive, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best possible experience. It was clear that she truly cares about the people who stay at her property.The house itself is fantastic for large groups, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. Its location is another huge advantage—it’s conveniently close to all the wonderful attractions and activities the area has to offer.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a more gracious host. We highly recommend Jean’s home and would gladly return for another stay!

The pictures don't do this home justice...it is beautiful and very spacious. We had a wonderful time exploring the Petoskey and Harbor Springs area. The state park and beach was a favorite!

What a lovely home with absolutely everything you will need for your stay. This home is set up for families or friend groups. Quiet location and close to Harbor Springs where we had sailboat racing for the weekend. Definitely will be back!

Great stay!

We had a great stay in Harbor Springs! The house is huge so perfect for a large group, and we loved cooking meals in the kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed! Spent a lot of time on the deck by the fireplace as well. Jean was great with communication and we had no issues during our stay! Highly recommend staying here!

The Evergreen Mountain Lodge is a gorgeous, well-appointed home with a breathtaking view of the mountain. Our extended family group particularly enjoyed all of the wonderful gathering space for family dinners and game nights. What a memorable family vacation!

Golf Trip!

The property is as advertised. Beautiful, spacious, clean. All of the amenities made the stay that much better. Cooked most of our meals and there was plenty of seating for our 16 person group! I would 100% recommend!!

Just returned from our golf trip and this house was perfect for the 20 of us. The accommodations were excellent and we’ll certainly return in the next few years. Plenty of parking, living space, and sleeping. The hosts were great to work with as well.

Best Family Vacation Ever!

This home is spacious, beautiful and perfect for a large group. We needed lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and this home has it! It was awesome having two living spaces plus an extra kitchen. The location is beautiful and quiet with some surprise visits of deer. We had a wonderful family vacation!
