Our home, RIM VIEW CHATEAU at Lake Powell, is a gorgeous luxurious 3 story home of over 4300 square feet with 7 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms that has amazing views and includes a beautiful spa and pool! With more than 300 feet of view fence, you find yourself nestled on a large private property that sits high on the Manson Mesa with unlimited views of Lake Powell, the Glen Canyon Dam, the Colorado River, Page National Golf Course, amazing plateaus and canyons that invite more than 2 million visitors per year! Go to our Video Links tab to see the home! At the Rim View Chateau, you control 'Time'. You can relax in luxury and fall asleep with your eyes wanting to stay open just to enjoy the views from your room. If you want to exercise, the most beautiful views you will find are located on the Rim View Jogging trail that are accessible just below this home. If your spirit is aggressive, the true beauty of this area is at your disposal...from Water Skiing, Snorkeling, Mountain Biking, Fly Fishing in the Colorado River, River Rafting or just exploring areas that are beyond imagination such as the Horseshoe Bend or the Skinny Caves... you will not find a better place to enjoy your vacation! With Two (2) KING Beds and Five (5) QUEEN Beds all in separate rooms and Four (4) full bathrooms there is plenty of privacy for everyone. The entertainment room is a very large room that features large reclining leather seating & 52 LCD screen. Max Capacity for the Rim View Chateau is 14.
Need two (2) nights? We can sometimes fit two (2) night stays into our reservation schedules but we must limit the maximum about of people to 8 with additional costs per person thereafter. Call us and let talk about your dates.

Unbelievable property. Our favorite of the 12 we’ve ever booked. Check in process was personalized and impressive. Proximity to landmarks can’t be beat. Property owners communicative and kind. PAY TO HEAT THE POOL. It’s expensive but just do it. We were cheap (and a bit chilly bc of it, but it was also April). Top tier vacation. We will be back! So sad to leave.

It's the best VRBO rental I have ever stayed in. The outdoor area and views are breathtaking. Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of additional kitchen aids. Easy communication with the property manager. It was our 30th Wedding Anniversary and it couldn't get any better.

We had a great time at this property! Had plenty of room for our group of 9 and we enjoyed all the property had to offer from the pool, fire pit, hot tub, to the large downstairs living area where we watched movies. This was a great house that worked in all the important ways for us!

Best place in Powell!

Beautiful home in a great location with a scenic view that has everything we needed! The house was very clean and the perfect size for our group of 12 (3 couples, 1 single adult and 5 kids between ages 15-17). Each room was spacious and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and even purchased a coffee grinder and rice cooker for our stay! We spent everyday on the water and looked forward to coming home for a nice shower, meal and good rest before going out the next day. We will definetly be back next year!

Wonderful stay

Scott’s home has everything you could need for your Lake Powell vacation. So much space inside and out, close to walking paths, short drive to Wahweap marina, and breathtaking views. Our families enjoyed soaking in the hot tub while kids played in the pool with the floaties and toys or playing air hockey and Pac-Man in the basement. The kitchen was fantastic with plenty of seating for all of us. Fully equipped with a high chair, pack n plays, all your kitchen needs, large pantry, coffee maker, keurig, blender, literally just about everything. We would definitely return! Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

My family of 13 loved our 6-day stay here, particularly the beautiful and spacious entertainment area in the backyard and the well-stocked kitchen. We cooked in nearly every night! Though we had no need for it, there was plenty of recreational gear in the garage. And the house is well-situated to the many natural wonders that abound near Page. The property manager, Amanda, was very responsive, and we also enjoyed meeting the owners, Scott and Amy, who were working on the gorgeous “sister” property next door and graciously invited us in for a sneak peak (7000 sq ft—a real stunner inside and out)! We would definitely recommend either/both of their properties for a memorable Arizona/Utah vacation.

Graduation celebration

My daughter wanted to explore Arizona and the Lake Powell area to celebrate her high school graduation! We had 13 people in our group and this was the perfect property for all of us. The house had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub area was amazing! We really enjoyed all of the family time we had hanging out in and around the pool. I have never stayed in a vacation rental that had a concierge and Amanda was great! It was so nice that she was there when we arrived and showed us around the property. It was nice to know she was available if we had a question or needed anything. The views from the house were breathtaking and we were able to view some beautiful sunsets! We were close to everything we wanted to see and do. We went to both Upper and Lower Antelope Canyons, spent a day on Lake Powell and visited Horseshoe Bend. This property was by far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in!

Beautiful views and yard/pool

This home was so lovely! It had comfortable beds, fun games, nice gathering spaces (so many options outside) and of course the amazing pool+patio. The pantry was very well stocked w spices. The property managers were very responsive and friendly. There were coolers to take out on the lake. Speaking of the lake, do not not not rent a pontoon for lake Powell…Only a big speedboat or houseboat. We legit almost capsized in the pontoon we rented- terrifying (and we are from MI; my dad, the driver, lives on a lake and owns a pontoon). Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend are stunning and worth the trip, but honestly be so so so careful about Lake Powell (and have adults wear life jackets the whole ride too, don’t just store them under the seats). This region of the country is gorgeous and you truly get a representative view from the windows and backyard here.

Great location to have a great view and close to Lake Powell. It was also close to town for the restaurants and anything else you might need. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the outdoor seating area!

Perfect Page

Our family of 10 spent the week exploring in Page and could not have asked for a better house to call home. Scott and Amy were communicative from the moment we booked until we checked in. The property manager Amanda was super informative and a wealth of knowledge and suggestions. The house and outdoor areas were perfect. We all had plenty of room inside and it was impeccably clean. The kitchen was stacked with everything we needed, which is rare with most rentals. The basement kept the young adults entertained. The views both inside and outside were amazing. The pool and hot tub were the perfect way to wind down after a day exploring. There were plenty of other areas to unwind with the couches, hammock, oversized chair and fire pit. The best way to say it is the property is PERFECT! Highly recommend to anyone coming into the area

Absolutely fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic stay! This home was absolutely perfect for two families traveling together with 6 children ages 7-14. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, everything was clean and the views are spectacular. We made full use of the back yard, with its canyon views, oversized hot tub, gorgeous pool, fire pit and multiple cozy seating areas. The concierge was wonderful and met us on arrival to show us the ropes. When we had a question about a technical difficulty of our own making, she was very quick to respond and fixed the issue right away. This home is in the perfect location for all things Page -- Lake Powell, Glen Canyon, Antelope Canyon, restaurants, etc., are all just minutes away. We will strongly recommend this home to all of the friends and family who can't stop commenting about the pictures from our trip!

Family Vacation of a Lifetime

Rim View Chateau is one of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed in. The kitchen was fully stocked including spices, oils, condiments, etc. All the bedrooms were roomy and clean. The kids LOVED the basement rec room with basketball, air hockey, PS5 and video games.The view was brilliant, and could be taken out of a luxury magazine.Our concierge, Amanda, was professional and pleasant and it was so helpful to have someone introduce us to the house.Our children and grandchildren called this a "vacation of a lifetime."While it was too cool for the pool the hot tub, more than made up for it.A 5 star experience all around.

Amazing stay

Our group of 10 had a fantastic stay at the Rim View Chateau. There is plenty of rooms for all of us. The house is well kept, clean, full of amenities, and very well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The backyard is beautiful with lots of outdoor furniture. We spent every evening relaxing and eating dinner in the backyard. After a long day exploring the area, we were all looking forward to returning back to enjoy the beautiful house. This is one of the best houses we've ever rented. The property manager responds promptly to our inquiries. We would love to come back in the near future. Thank you Scott and Amy.

My husband and I have been married for 23 years. We have 3 boys and a girl. I moved to Page when I was 3. I grew up loving to be outdoors hiking, cliff diving, skiing, boating, 4-wheeling in trucks & ATV's, camping, exploring and much, much more. I moved away to go to college but have been back every chance I get to enjoy the lake and surrounding area. Page is still a small town with honest & loving people. It will always be home to me.

We love our home and we believe you will love it as well. Our desire is to have you enjoy your stay and come back and visit us each and every time you return to Page. With the Million Dollar views and beautiful pool and spa that over looks the Canyon, you will love it!

I believe we have catered to all ages! We have kids toys, scooters, plenty of GREEN grass to play or do Yoga Retreats and most importantly a POOL FENCE to protect little ones from accessing the pool and spa.
