The house consists of a kitchen open to the living area, large table and living room with sofa bed. The kitchen has gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine. From the living area you pass to the sleeping area through a hallway with access to the bathroom and the double bedroom where we also have two single beds on the mezzanine. The house is located on the ground floor with an external sidewalk for easy access to prams or strollers. The house, although it does not have air conditioning, is cool given the east-west exposure. A private shared garden is equipped with a pergola and sun loungers for relaxing. At the service of the house there are large communal green spaces, fenced parking, large covered loggia for recreational activities or lunches with friends. The entire complex is fenced and ideal for families with small children. The sea is a few hundred meters away with fine sand and a shallow sea suitable for families, easily reachable on foot to forget about the car for a few days.
