Beautifully restored early 1900 home, with a great separate guest house (the Grape House). We really enjoyed our stay!

Thank you so much glad my houses were a blessing to your visit to Prescott
The house is so cute, and the extra space in the Grape House is cozy and comfortable. We all enjoyed being able to come back to such comfortable surroundings after exploring Prescott all day. The location is excellent, and we will certainly try and book this place again for our next trip to Prescott.
We had family that was visiting from NY. We picked the Victorian House for its charm and being close to downtown Prescott. It was wonderful place to stay. We also had the Grape house. It was absolutely adorable. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the fire pit out back. Susana was a great to communicate with. Truly enjoyed our stay here.

We were tickled with the whole experience. The house was clean and everything we needed (even the kitchen sink :)) was provided. We brought our own food and had a great grilled dinner and eat outside on the terrace every day. The view from the backyard is peaceful, just want the doctor ordered. LOVED the claw tub! We can't wait to go back!

We worked hard to make it a special place, sounds like our hard work payed off with you!
This listing was a wonderful weekend escape. It’s a charming home decorated well for trying to keep with its historical charm. My husband and I come to Prescott every year to celebrate our anniversary and this year we opted for something closer to downtown; it’s a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Though we didn’t make much use of it, the kitchen was stocked with supplies and necessities and the host was gracious and responsive. It was a very charming property with a lovely outside area. The only suggestion would maybe be a later check out time but we thank Suzanne for sharing it with us and we had a great time at her well-kept property!
My family and I had the opportunity to stay at this cute, little home and casita for two nights. My daughter was getting married not far from the location. It was convenient to be close enough to walk to downtown Prescott. Due to wedding activities during the day and evenings, we didn’t stay long in the house and really just needed a place to lay our heads. My only minor complaints would be that the beds were too hard (as agreed by all guests) and the 9:00 am checkout (which felt a bit early). Overall, the house and casita served its purpose and the owner was super communicable.
Love the look and feel to both houses. Very inviting, relaxing, and cozy. The courtyard in the back between the two hoses was a very relaxing area to spend time in. There was a fire pit to stay warm as you sit around and talk. The location is perfect, it's quiet, but very near old town Prescott & Gurley street.
We chose this property for the off-street parking that could accommodate 3+ Corvettes, and its proximity to the town square where the show was held. We all enjoyed our stay very much, and plan to book again for next year. Both houses are beautiful, comfortable and well stocked for our every need.
This property is so enjoyable. The home is beautiful with so many nice touches. The patio is a great place for visiting and it is a quick walk to the shops, restaurants, and whiskey row

Grape House
We were all very pleased to see the charming house. Liked benefit of the closeness to Whiskwy Row, where our event was taking place. Would recommend it to families who are gonna stay a few days in Prescott.

Great Get away
We rented both the Victoria House and Grape house. Both are beautiful with all the comforts of home. If you're in market for a great get away this is the place. Close to the Court house plaza, walking distance to Whiskey Row. We will rent again in the future!

Very cute house with a cozy feel. I do wish the living room couch was more comfortable but really not a big deal. Easy to get to and close to downtown.

Fun Mom Weekend
I stayed in the main house with my son and another mom and her son for the weekend. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was great. The house was so so adorable, close to downtown, and a really great price. We were on the go most of the weekend so didn't spend a lot of time at the house but it had everything we needed. Susanna was very accommodating to our schedule and for that we were very appreciative.

cute and great location for access to downtown
The houses were nice and comfortable, we were very happy. I would say this is a great place, BUT, we got charged for a broken stone on a table in the yard, that we did not break! It was like that when we got there.
I will not stay here again, due solely to the deposit issue.
The entire backyard is a virtual land mine of things that one could get dinged for
The barbecue is GROSS and rusted out, we didn't even attempt to light it, it is just scary looking.
The fire pit doesn't work, key for the gas is stripped out.
There is a broken chair in front of the Grape House
There is a wine glass in a pot out side with a broken stem
There is a lovely pot out there that is broken on the back side
At least half of the outdoor lights don't work
The speakers have cut wires
We found the yard full of paper napkins and candy wrappers, a rug form one of the houses was in the bushes as were the table cloths and some gardening gloves, which we cleaned up and the umbrella was on the ground when we got there, which we put back up. There is a hole in the umbrella where it fell over the pole that it sits on.
I find it hard to believe that when it was cleaned after the renters before us the broken stone wasn't noticed. It is right in the middle of the patio! And it is huge.

Main House is Wonderful
Loved the Main House; but the Grape House had no hot water. So, be careful with that; but loved the main house! A lithe slow to get in contact with anyone for help also. Other than that; very nice; if they get the water fixed! Sad that there was never any apology or anything done to make that right either.

We have a 50 gallon water heater in the Grape House, it has been checked and is working properly. This is a huge requirement to have hot water.

We purchased this home in 2001, we love adding extra details to our home, our hobby is working, we enjoy vegetable gardening, and exersize.
Why they chose this property
Prescott is 1.5 hours from our primary residence in Phoenix so we can get to the house easily, we always appreciated history so this '1901' home is our pride and joy, we had to work hard to get our Historical Status by the city of Prescott.
What makes this property unique
The Victorian House has 2 bedrooms, one king, one queen & 2 baths and can be rented separate from the Grape House (Guest House) which is studio style, with one king bed, 1 bath, & full kitchen so if you have extra guests it is available, on the same property. When it is cold out you can sit in the large high ceiling living room in the Victorian House with a fire in the old fireplace. It has a large dinning room with 6 chairs & a eat in kitchen. Flat screen TV in every bedroom & living room. Washer/Dryer great for family & friends. The front porch is large enough for visiting as well. The back yard has a BBQ grill, Fire Pit, and 2 patio areas.
