Tolle Lage - Natur pur

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, mit tollem Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben. Der Weg zum Meer sind je nach Fahrweise ca. 40 Minuten. Das Haus hat alles was es für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt.

Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in den Bergen und man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Küste und das Meer. Da das Haus im Erdgeschoss einen Steinfußboden hat war es im heißen Juli immer sehr angenehm drinnen. Während es am Strand ,der etwa 30 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt ist, sehr heiß war, hatten wir am Ferienhaus immer ein angenehmes Lüftchen und ein paar Grad weniger. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Auf dem Rückweg vom Strand sind wir immer in Massa in einem sehr großem Supermarkt gewesen der bis 2.00 Uhr nachts geöffnet hatte. Die Brötchen werden dort gebacken und sind sehr lecker. Wir möchten uns auch bei unserer netten Vermieterin AnnaRita bedanken die bei Fragen und Anliegen immer für uns da gewesen ist. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit grandiosem Ausblick!

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die abgelegene Lage bietet totale Ruhe und Entspannung. Wir haben das kühle Lüftchen am Ferienhaus nach der Hitze am Strand sehr genossen. Wir hatten zu viert genug Platz und Abstellmöglichkeiten. Danke Anna Rita für den netten Empfang und die Betreuung. Wir haben uns bei Ihnen sehr wohlgefühlt!

Wir waren im Dezember in dem Haus und es war wundervoll, die Einrichtung lies für uns keine Wünsche offen, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ein schöner Kamin der wirklich gut heizt und sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer, auch die Anlage ums Haus ist wirklich wie auf den Bilder eingerichtet und die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben sich schnell und unkompliziert um alle unsere Anliegen gekümmert, es war traumhaft und wenn wir wieder in der Toskana sind dann auf jeden Fall dort:) Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege noch einmal herzlichst bei Anna Rita bedanken.

Il cottage di Santa Croce ha permesso di avere un bel posto per rilassarsi in un ambiente tranquillo in mezzo alla natura. La casa è molto ben attrezzata e spaziosa permettendo a tutti di avere il loro spazio. Anche la posizione era ideale per esplorare la regione e le sue ricchezze. Le spiagge vicine erano l'ideale per i bambini. L'accoglienza eccezionale dal proprietario ha solo aggiunto al nostro godimento.

Wonderful house, nice place!

Baita del Mare is a wonderful house. It's up in the hills, near Massa. Because of the altitude, it's a bit fresher (cool winds) than in de city of by the sea. Because of the temperature (mostly between 35-40 for 2 weeks during our stay in July) we appriciated that. The home is out of the villages, in a group of about 10 houses. There is a small restaurant nearby. Don't worry about smell or noise: none. Just the 'luxury' of a restaurant, you can walk to! Baita del Mare Is a very comfortable house. Plenty 'equipment' like cutlery, glasses and plates. Two livingrooms, one (down) with benches and a diningtable, another (first floor) with benches and a TV. Everything in and around the house clean and maintained very well. We liked the large wooden terrace, and the hammock between two trees also. There are two other small teraces in the garden. All with the beautiful view at the city and the sea. There's a place to park the car by the house. The sleeping rooms are good, the beds are good, with the shutters you can make it as dark as you wish. Despite the temperature, we didn't find it (to) hot to sleep. When it gets really hot: the house has airconditioning (but we didn't have to use it). Bedlinen and towels are taken care of. The place is quiet, calm. Somedays we didn't want to leave the place. But, if you want to (and ofcourse we did): the sea is about half an hour ('free beach with baywatch'), we also visited Pisa, Lucca and Florence. We went to a cave in the Alpine Alpuane, marble cave (near Carara) and the cinque terre (walk). All well attainable. There are soms small towns for some shopping and sightseeing nearby. The owner responds fast and helpfull at any question or other reaction. The first time, she guided us to the house, by car. The house is - after that - easy to find. We had a great time. It's just that we néver go to the same place twice... ;)

Una magia

Abbiamo passato delle stupende vacanze. I proprietari ci hanno accolti con grande gentilezza, disponibilità e hanno preso curi di Noi con il cuore. La casa e veramente un luogo di pace e di bellezza. Molto pulita, arredata benissimo, ci ha offerto una vista spettacolare sul mare e la serenita della natura. Abbiamo profitato del mare, della cità di Massa, dei buon ristoranti consigliati dai proprietari, di visitare Firenze, Lucca e Pisa. Sperriamo che avremo di nuovo l'occasione di ritornare a fare delle vacanze in questa casa, per noi ci ha lacciato dei meravigliosi riccordi.

"Ici, tout est beau : la vue à couper le souffle, l''aménagement intérieur du gite, la route d''accès, le jardin ... Certes il faut prendre 20mn pour se rendre de la plaine au gite, mais ça en vaut la peine. L''accueil est très chaleureux et Anna Rita nous a reçu comme des rois ! Les enfants ont profité de la table de ping-pong et nous du panorama. Les 5 terres sont à 3/4 d''heures tout comme Pise. La mer est à moins d''1/2 heure. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons ce gite chaleureusement. "

"Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem gigantischen Blick aufs Meer. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Ausstaattung super, vor allem die Küche und der schöne Kamin!!! Ideal für lange Spaziergänge - direkt im Wald - oft dann mit Blick aufs Meer. Nette und aufmerksame Vermieter - hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Anfahrt ab Sttrandpromenade dauert allerdings gute 20 Minuten und Strand ist nicht für Hunde geeignet (lauter Badeanstalten), die schönen Spaziergänge haben das aber aufgewogen. Absolut zu empfehlen!!!"

"La casa rispecchia pienamente quanto descritto, internamente è arredata con gusto e c'' è tutto il necessario. Un luogo ideale per una vacanza all'' insegna del relax. Il giardino curatissimo e le attrezzature esterne permettono di godersi l'' aria pura di montagna, per non parlare poi della bellissima vista sul mare. Attorno vi è la possibilità di fare escursioni a piedi e mangiare nei ristorantini la favolosa cucina Toscana. Da consigliare"

"A beautifully presented property in a quiet location with magnificent views. Welcoming touches on arrival like homemade jam and chilled bubbly in the fridge; helpful information about what to see and where to eat (the near by pizzaria is excellent), made our stay most enjoyable.
