Great appartment in Asturias

Clean, comfortable beds, well equiped kitchen, good WiFi for streaming Dutchbat tv-channels. Great place to visit the Picos, Comillas, Santillana del Mar, etc. Felipe is a great host!

Great stay

We had a great holiday and the apartment was a big part of that. Beautiful terraces, where you can enjoy both morning and evening sun. Felipe is easily accessible, even though he was not around due to circumstances. He made sure we were warmly welcomed by Mila. Thank you for that.

Wow!

A fantastic place to stay to enjoy the coast and mountains of Asturias. The two terraces are amazing and there is a great set of furniture on each to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The apartment has everything you could need and is obviously a loved home, it made staying here even more special. Friendly and helpful communications from Felipe throughout made us feel at home. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great apartment, very nice host

Extremely nice flat. Great balconies. Big and well assorted supermarket 3 minutes away. Also very much appreciated that all basics like toilet paper, herbs, salt, sugar, coffee, oil, vinegar +++ was available in the apartment. Great surroundings and a lot of possibilities for an active vacation nearby. We went canoeing on Sella, visited Parque de Cabarceno and had a great walk at the coast line of Llanes. All activities recommend.

Estuvimos mi pareja y yo unos días en casa de Felipe en Agosto. EMI fue la encargada de la entrega de llaves, la comunicación con ella fue muy buena explicandonos todo. Con Felipe la comunicación tb fue muy buena, atento a que todo estuviera correcto. El apt es tal cual se ve en el anuncio, muy limpio y todo lo necesario. La plaza de garaje en la misma propiedad muy cómoda de aparcar. Un apartamento muy recomendable.

Efficiënt en fijn appartement, zo’n 10-15 min rijden van heel veel prachtige stranden. Elke dag een ander strand. De slaapkamers zijn klein maar voldoen aan alles. Hele mooie terrassen aan beide kanten van het huis zodat je altijd ergens zon of schaduw hebt. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Garage onder het huis en groot zwembad (maar dat was in renovatie toen wij er waren).

Todo muy bien, limpio y tal como se puede ver en el anuncio. El apartamento es súper cómodo para hacerte pasar unos días magníficos. Las obras que por mi época se estaban realizando no tienen el mayor impacto, salvo el de no poder utilizar la piscina , que con las maravillosas playas cercanas no tiene la menor importancia, repetiremos en algún momento.

Très belle découverte des Asturies

Nous avons fait la tournée des belles plages autour de Llanes ainsi que des villages et villes de l'Est des Asturies où la nature est belle, sauvage et préservée. Un véritable régal pour les yeux et de belles photos en souvenir. Nous avons aussi visité les Picos de Europa (merveilleux) L'appartement de Felipe est parfait et très bien équipé. Felipe est un hôte attentionné qui nous a contacté à plusieurs reprises durant notre séjour pour s'assurer que tout allait bien. Je recommande fortement. Merci Felipe.

Ático en ubicación fantástica para conocer la zona.

Felipe tiene una casa muy acojedora. Estaba superlimpio y con todo lo necesarios para que la estancia sea fantástica. En las terrazas se estaba de lujo desayunando y cenando.

Très bon séjour, appartement parfait

Espectacular ático

El piso de Felipe tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta hasta el último detalle. Las terrazas son perfectas, con unas vistas muy agradables e ideales para desayunar, comer, cenar o simplemente descansar. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de supermercado y algunas de las playas más bonitas de la zona. Por último, destacar la comunicación y recibimiento de Felipe, dispuesto a adaptarse a nuestras necesidades. Volveremos sin duda
