This rental (approximately 2,250sq’) has 3 bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms plus a powder room on the main level. It is located just a short walk to downtown Aspen. There is privacy, comfort, and charm beyond imagination for your holiday get away. The furnishings combine old-world remembrances and modern contemporary. There is a gourmet kitchen with formal dining available for (8+). A large river rock fireplace compliments the living area with charming antiques and collectibles, wood floors, natural light, and the sounds and sights of the river flowing by right outside the back door. The backyard sits on the rivers bend and features a gas grill, lawn furniture, a chairlift seat, and more. All rooms have views of either Aspen Mountain and the river or the mountains. The Master Suite has a King bed, a balcony overlooking the river, En suite bathroom with a large bath tub, a separate shower, and separate toilet. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen Iron Bed, en- suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom has two XL Twin beds (perfect for kids, or adults) and can be converted to a King by request. It is a unique property in that it is built completely on the bend of the Roaring Fork River allowing views of Aspen Mountain and the river from nearly every room. We are now offering the West Unit to travelers like you to enjoy the lifestyle that we have been blessed with for many years.
