The property was very clean. However the hot tib placement was undesirable. The huge jacuzzi tib more than made up for that. Plenty of warer pressure and hot warer to fill it to a nice level. While a little dated and the hot tub placement issue, the location and property itself were great.
The stay was great, had a lot of fun and were definitely in the right location for the activities we planned for the trip. The house is located at the top of the mountain and every night at 9pm we got to enjoy the Dolly Wood fireworks from the hot tube. The house was clean and very cozy. Really enjoyed it
The property was as described, check in was easy, and communication with the owner was great. We had a little issue with the jetted tub and the management was very quick to address it so all was well. The property is slightly dated and that wasn’t a big deal, unfortunately the carpet in the bedroom around the jetted tub really needs to be removed. There was a strong musty odor during our stay. The hot tub was in good condition with the only drawback being that it never heated up past 100 degrees so our short soaks were luke warm and not overly enjoyable. However, overall it was a pleasant stay.
We had a good stay overall. The place was nice. And the location makes everything extremely easy to get to. The only negatives were the toilet handle is broken and gets stuck open and the wifi turned off at midnight 2 nights in a row in the middle of us streaming a movie.
Cabin was awesome and fit our needs to a tee!! Easy access to attractions. Pet friendly, we travel with a 16 year old Miniature Dachshund the back porch ramp made it easy for him to go in and out. Very Clean and cozy. Will stay there again if in the area.

Everything was nice and neat, I just didn't like the fact that the hot tub was outside on a corner of a hill, that's kinda dangerous, but overall my husband and I really enjoyed the scenery and peacefulness
We loved our cabin. We enjoyed spending our evenings relaxing in the hot tub looking out at the beautiful view. The only downfall was the day we arrived, it had snowed, we were unable to make it up the hill to the cabin in our car, so we had to walk up to the cabin with our luggage. After the snow started melting we were able to make it up the next day.
When we got there, we realized that they did not give us a door code! It was not on our email, we had the alarm code, but couldn't get in, we even had the maintenance guy check the email. After a 12 hour drive, that is not what you want to deal with! . We stayed for 10 days.. the bed is very uncomfortable.. they need a new mattress asap! The couch was horribly uncomfortable, you practically sit on the floor. If you are over 40 I would not recommend this place to you. Also the toilet handle is messed up and the freezer door doesnt open all the way! Ugh! We had the gas turned off of the fireplace because when we got there, it smelled like gas! We had to air it out too! The view was ok, but the rockers on the porch are falling apart, they need glue!! The hot tub was cloudy eww so we never used it. The alexa concierge is a joke. What i can say that is good is that it was a nice stay, peaceful and quiet and we could have our pup with us! all in all, if they replace all the crap furniture, it would be a great place to stay, its super close to practically everything!
Loved our stay. The small neighborhood was far enough away from the hectic tourist attractions to feel secluded; but close enough to get to any of those much-desired tourist attractions within minutes. Property had everything we needed; was clean. Roomy even for a 1-bedroom.
The cabin was just as described in the listing. The hot tub was out of order. We were bummed about that. The kitchen and bathroom floors are EXTREMELY slippery! Extra care was needed not to fall. Overall we were pleased with our stay.
Location was great. Conveniently close to attractions. Hot tub was nice. Really small and great for 2 guests. Sleeper sofa was not comfortable. Also had trouble with internet that took 18 hours to resolve. Ver good view and could watch Dollywood fireworks each night from the porch.
We chose this cabin for its location to everything, it couldn’t have been more perfect, the cabin is quaint, and situated ideally. We had a fantastic stay.
The cabin is nondescript on the outside, cozy on the inside. The place sits right on the road but there is minimal traffic. We brought our dog who is terrified of fireworks, so being that close to Dollywood was a terrible mistake. The back porch is the best feature of the house. Much of the house decoration is non-secular quotes. Brig towels if you plan to use the hot tub, which you have to use the road to get to - out the kitchen door, down the steps, on the road and around the partition. The place was okay but we wouldn’t stay there again.
There are a few things you should know
More toilet paper
More towels because no one wants to wash their butt for 5 days with the same one
And be more specific on where the hot tub is We had to call to have it fixed which was done right way
I would stay there again
We loved the area
Just a few minor things that the company should change
Overall a nice cabin. I only have 2 minor issues; Would've been nice if pictures showed location of hot tub and couch cushions were a bit ragged. Everything else was fine.
This was a much needed vacay after this crazy year. We brought our fur baby Min Pin and it was perfect for us! Location close to everything great size for the 2 of us. Loved the fireplace. Only wish it had a washer and dryer and it couldn’t have been any better!
My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway . Everything was amazing the hot tub was great. The only complaint would be that the bed after the first night really bothered our back’s causing some sleeping issues. Other than that we absolutely loved it!
