Stoneridge Slope-side, Ski-in, Ski-out condo is now taking reservations for the Ski Season. Step out the ground floor back door onto the snow. Ski from the top of avalanche Slope to your back door for a break. Adjacent to Boomerang Trail, Villages Trail, Avalanche and Goosebumps slopes. Best access to the slopes. Perfect for a couple or small family. Watch kids play in the snow at your back door. Warm up, have snacks and let the kids nap at your convenience. Closest rental to the Avalanche Race Course. Fully equipped kitchen, Washer-Dryer, Ski Locker and 24 hour free shuttle to the Lodge. High speed wireless internet, HD TV service with two Flat-Screen TV's. Bedroom TV has a DVD player. Includes towels and linens. We are the original owners and would be happy to provide advice on skiing the area and on using the resort facilities.

Perfect ski condo

This condo was perfect for a little ski weekend. The property was in great condition, clean, and convenient check in. We’re a family of 4 with 2 teenagers (we brought an air mattress for the living room), and there was enough space for us and all our stuff. Great place, no notes, we’ll be back!

Top of the Mountain Condo at Seven Springs

Great location, we could walk to the slopes from the top of the mountain. Condo was clean, and the owner was clear on check in and out instructions and promptly replied to questions. We would stay here again!

Great place in great location

Our family had a great time here. The location is great and truly ski in and ski out. Place had everything we needed and easy access to all the amenities at seven springs. Bill was a great host and even went above and beyond to return a special lovey that was accidentally left behind. Would 100% stay again!

Best place on the mountain!

Second year staying at Bill's wonderful place. Between his wonderful communication and the nice unit, in a great location for ski in/out at the top of the new Avalanche lift, ski trips are made much more fun and easy with this unit to relax in at the end of a cold and hard day on the slopes

Great place to stay right on the slopes!

We really enjoyed being comfortably housed so close to the skiing. We could stop in at the condo for lunch or to warm up and take a break. The bed was comfortable with great pillows! All was clean and neat. Thank you!

Great little condo

The ski condo was great for 2 friends on a ski weekend. It is just a quick walk from the back deck right on to the Lost Boy trail. The condo was really clean. We enjoyed the shuttle to and from the resort. The owners lounge was awesome, we enjoyed the spa and hot tub after a day of skiing. I'd definitely go back.

Peaceful

It was so nice, and refreshing. As busy as seven springs is, it was quiet at this location on top of the mountain. Beautiful view right next to the slopes. The layout of the condo was very convienent.

We live in Pittsburgh Pa and have skied as a family at 7 springs for 25 years. Retired now and teach on the 7 springs ski school on weekends.

Why they chose this property

We bought this condo for its ground floor access to skiing. Our children bring the grandchildren for one week each season and find no better place to learn to enjoy the snow than in the comfort and privacy of this slope-side condo.

What makes this property unique

Easy to use and we find it much better than a hotel or having to shuttle to skiing. When the grandchildren were small their parents would take turns skiing and watching the children. The children's nap schedule was easy to maintain and the food was as you wanted, when you wanted it.
